Gennaro meet us on time... - Gennaro meet us on time at the cruise port and took 4 of us on a wonderful and safe trip up the coast to Amalfi coast. He arranged an amazing lunch with view for my wife’s birthday. He also set us up with an excellent guide for Pompeii.

The most extraordinary day! Not to be missed! - This was by far the best experience of our two week trip to Paris and Sorrento. Good Heart Limos was the company who provided our transportation, but they really provided so much more! Francesco the Barber was our driver/companion for the day he was a complete delight. He never stopped talking and was amazing knowledgable about absolutely everything. He provided us with a wonderful tour of the areas we visited, was able to expand and explain everything from local growing methods, to local lifestyles, and knew the most wonderful out of the way restaurants, shops, and stores to visit. Francesco started our day by picking us up at our hotel and giving us a detailed tour of the area as we travelled to Pompeii. I had asked the tour provider to arrange for a private guide and to pre-purchase skip-the-line tickets for Pompeii, which they did. Francesco had our tickets in hand when we met Paulo, our guide. Paulo was a treasure! He took us on a delightful tour of Pompeii and turned out to not only be knowledgeable about the city and history, but he was an amazing photographer and took some of the best pictures of entire trip. Traveling in winter we encountered some rain but Paulo kept us dry and it turned out to be a wonderful learning experience to see Pompeii, with its waterworks in motion. After completing it our tour Francesco was waiting for us at the exit. Because of the rain Francesco recommended a slight change to our sightseeing trip to the coast. We began in Ravello, having lunch at a wonder rooftop restaurant suggested and arranged for us by Francesco. They waiting on us hand and foot and really made us feel special. The food was excellent and the cost amazing affordable. After lunch we went to the city center and explored the area. The we travelled on to Amalfi and repeated the process of discovery. All with excellent recommendations from Francesco. After this we continued our tour in the waiting hours of the evening through Positano and the remained of the coast and then back to Sorrento. A thoroughly enjoyed day made even more so by the care, excitement, friendship, and extraordinary knowledge of our guides. This is the tour you want to book to get the absolute most for your money!

Amalfi coast - We actually never made it to Pompeii. We decided to go up the Amalfi Coast and enjoy that for a day. So glad we did, it was fantastic. We had an excellent driver … Francesco.

Amazing cruise stop - We were incredibly impressed with this long and amazing tour during our cruise stop in Naples. The itinerary was flexible, allowing us to visit both Positano and Sorrento, and we decided to skip Pompeii because we were enjoying Sorrento so much. The personalized nature of the tour gave us the freedom to customize our day as we went along, which was a great feature. The roads in this area are notoriously winding and challenging, so we were extremely grateful to have such an experienced guide who also served as our driver. He kept us safe and comfortable the entire time, especially when we passed a spot where a scooter had tragically gone over the edge, still marked by memorial flowers. It’s definitely not a place where you’d want to attempt driving yourself! Our favorite stop of the day was Sorrento, where our guide recommended a pizza shop. It was the best pizza I’ve ever had, and it was served quickly, allowing us plenty of time to explore the town without feeling rushed. Overall, this tour was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking to experience multiple cities in Italy. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a personalized, stress-free day exploring the beautiful region.
