One of the highlights of our trip to Italy - We were in Italy for 2 weeks and this pasta making lesson with Sabrina was one of the highlights of our trip. Sabrina is a lovely person, we met her husband and three kids (including Gary the cat). We had a chance to sample some wonderful bruschetta she served us and then onto the lesson. We learned about the flours used, how to mix the dough and properly use the pasta machine. We made ravioli and she also showed us how to make fettuchini as well. The best part -- we were invited to the kitchen table to eat the pasta we made --- oh soooo good. She even introduced us to Gragnano wine from her uncle's vineyard. I can't recommend this lesson enough. Great for a small family group.

Traditional, taste, authentic, wonderful!!! A must do. - Visiting an authentic Italian farm at the base of Mount Vesuvius was an extraordinary experience that transported my family to a world of tradition, warmth, and culinary delights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with open arms by the hospitable host, Sabrina, and her welcoming family. The picturesque setting of the farm, surrounded by lush vineyards and olive groves, added to the charm and authenticity of the experience. Under the guidance of Sabrina, my family of 5 - including parents and grandmother with two young g adults - had the unique opportunity to learn the art of making homemade pasta ravioli with a delightful lemon sauce. The process was a true labor of love, as we carefully kneaded the dough, filled it with a delectable mixture of ricotta cheese and spinach, and expertly sealed each delicate parcel. As the aroma of the simmering lemon sauce filled the air, we couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. Throughout the cooking class, the wine flowed freely, enhancing the convivial atmosphere and adding to the joyous celebration of food and family. Sabrina's passion for her heritage and culinary traditions was contagious, and her warm and engaging personality made the experience even more memorable. It was truly a feast for the senses, as we savored each mouthwatering bite of our homemade ravioli, paired perfectly with the farm's own exquisite wine. Visiting Sabrina's farm was not just a cooking class, but a cultural immersion that allowed me to connect with the heart and soul of Italian traditions. It was a reminder of the importance of family, good food, and the joy that comes from sharing a meal with loved ones. I left the farm with a newfound appreciation for the art of Italian cooking and a heart full of cherished memories.
