Excellent visit to Pompeii with Max Travel - Our visit to Pompeii was excellent. I was unsure about our meeting point as there are so many tour guides around the entrance, so I called the information line and a member of staff helped us locate our guide, which was great. Our guide (Marina) was fantastic, very knowledgable and she had a lovely manner, especially with our two girls (14 & 12). We were lucky enough to be the only family booked for the afternoon, so it was a private tour. The site is massive, and we were left with additional points to visit independently. We would recommend Max Travel for a tour around Pompeii.

Excellent Guide and Tour.. Thoroughly Enjoyed Our Experience - Our guide Roberta Caraviello was amazing! She is a Pompeii “insider” and expertly navigated our tour to avoid the crowds getting in and out of the site. She is super knowledgeable and brought to life what it was like to live day to day — as well as to die— in the ancient city. I highly recommend her .. she is a gem!

Excellent guide through this huge amazing archaeological site - Imma, our Guide was wonderful. Obviously the site is huge, so she took us to the highlights and pointed out many things we would not have noticed ourselves. The tour company is called Max Travel and they were also very professional and collected us from our accommodation. Highly recommended. Would do it again another time.

Excellent guide Robyn, Excellent tour ! - It was an Excellent tour guided by Roberta / Robyn ! She was vey entusiastic and also took care of our small group very well. A TOUR THAT REALLY DESERVES! - Just amazing! I contacted this agency because I was interested in the 2-hour guided tour in Pompeii. I immediately found great availability from Raffaella, with whom I interfaced, and from whom I received all the necessary information. Roberta's Guide in the ancient city was more than attentive, competent, serene and ready to answer any kind of questions and curiosity. I was more than satisfied. Highly recommended. I will be back, even with my classes next year ❤️

Must have guidance - What you need to enter and grasp the basis of this citadel of history. 2 hours of guided visit allows you to follow and concentrate flawlessly, notwithstanding the harsh weather. You exit with an added value.

A wonderful experience - We had such a wonderful time on this tour, it was so educational and added so much value to being there. We definitely wouldn’t have had the same experience if we didn’t go through this tour. Our guide was so lovely and super helpful as well.
