Very charismatic Daniele! - Our guide Daniele was truly charming and mesmerizing! He showed us the most important parts of Pompeii, illustrating everything with sympathy and clarity. My favorite part was when he clapped in the theater to show us the acoustics of the time! Congratulations also to Sofia for organizing everything in an excellent way! We will be back :)

Great experience learning all about Pompeii - Great experience touring and learning so much about a remarkable historic site. Our guide was knowledgeable, clear, patient, well organized and kept us well and on pace in a group of 10. All around a great experience, Pompeii should NOT be done without a hood guide, there is so much history and so many secrets in this incredible place.

splendid! one of the best guided tour we ever had - splendid experiance. they called us half an hour befour start to validate we are in the right place. our guide, vivianna our guide was grate, lively and communicative , and playfully brought the commun citizen reality in the dead impressive old city - to life. we could realy imagin how pompey resident realy lived, and how they dressed , walked, ate ( and even have sex...), and all that with a lot of historical and cultural knowladge. one of the best guided tour we ever had.

Very informative, knowlegeable guide - Great guide, very informative and thorough and patient. Liliana was very patient in tying to meet up with us, when there was a complication with our ticketing. She even gave as an extra 15 minutes of tour at the end to make up for the lost time in the beginning.

Amazing tour and tour guide - We did the 2 hour tour with viviana, she asked us to meet her at 9 am which was brilliant since that is the time the gates open , we were the first people in and had our tour done by the time most tour groups were getting started at 11 am . She speaks several languages and is a delight to be around

Fun tour, learned a lot! - I loved our tour guide! She was very kind and funny. Great story-telling and answered all of the questions I had. I had trouble finding the group and someone who works with the guide helped me link up with the guide (Theresa I believe was my guide's name).

Alessandro is a perfect guide - You should definetly book a tour to visit Pompeii, its huge!! And our guide Alessandro was perfect, he had great stories. Highly recommended.

Don't do pompei without a tour - My family and I really appreciated this small group tour of Pompei. It made the incredible sights make more sense and feel more 'real'. Of course, we can't compare it to other tours, but we enjoyed Theresa's storytelling. My family was late (very very sorry!) so Sofia helped us to link us up inside, and Theresa stayed with the entire group later to finish the tour. Tip 1: for anyone getting the Artecard, you still have to queue at the ticket booths to scan your QR code and get a physical ticket. Tip 2: after the tour, you can of course choose to stay inside and wander on your own. We highly recommend packing sandwiches and just finding a shaded garden or quiet spot and sit to enjoy the atmosphere. Seems like you can't exit and re-enter on the same ticket. Tip 3: do visit the Casa dell’Orso Ferito (it wasn't open to enter when we were there, but you will be stunned at the peek inside) and Villa dei Misteri (you have to walk to one end of the site)
