Great tour!! - Daniella was an amazing guide! There was a house in Pompeii I remembered reading about and she knew exactly where it was and brought us there, as well as showing us all the other amazing highlights of the city, included lots of history and information about the art. She was so friendly and engaging, answered all our questions, and we just really enjoyed our time with her. The site is so huge and we had limited time, so I was really grateful because I knew we wouldn’t have seen nearly as much without her leading the way. Also really glad to do the private tour, we saw some of the huge tour groups and it looked like they were just getting herded around like cattle. Doing a private tour was so much nicer!

Perfect! - The guided tour with Carmine was excellent. Visiting Pompeii with 2 kids (aged 10 & 11), our guide was very attentive to i) tell captivating stories that kept them interested, ii) show the real gems of the site, iii) avoid the crowds and iv) look for nice places in the shade. We enjoyed it very much and would recommend this tour as you see more and get more out of your visit.

Great knowledge but….. - Guide had great knowledge but was very cocky about it. He was rude on multiple occasions to our kids who wanted to ask questions… isn’t that the point of a guide?
