Pompeii VIP Must See - Ornella was an expert guide. She was engaging and informative. We would not have gotten as much out of the experience without our guide Ornella. 5 stars.

The City to Ourselves... - I cannot say enough about my incredible experience with Raffaele today. First of all, this tour may be called "skip the line," but that was not the case. Since Pompeii had just recently reopened after the quarantena, there was no line—in fact, there was no one at all! Raf met me at the Porta Marina Superiore entrance and we walked right in. What awaited me was a surreal afternoon, a lone tourist in the boundless riches of Pompeii, deftly accompanied by a guide unrivalled in both knowledge and passion. As we walked through the empty streets, Raf pointed out miraculous architectural details I never would have found myself, and the story he wove about how life was lived here 2000 years ago enveloped all of my senses. Indeed, Raf's love for this place is so great that you can hear it in his voice—it is infectious! That and his vast expertise as an archaeologist was what made this memory so singular. Thank you so much Raf, for a day like no other in my life...I will remember our beautiful walk forever.

Pompeii - Pompeii is fascinating and our guide was very knowledgeable and fun. Angelo or Antonio….apologies. Only issue was that several of the “guarded” sites closed at 6 PM so we were not able To enjoy them.

Concerns with listing - Our experience on the tour was somewhat negatively affected due to our guide becoming flustered with various situations. Additionally, the listing for this tour states a maximum of 10 people, but our group had nearly double that number. If group size is an important factor for you, please be aware of this discrepancy.
