Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii from Amalfi - Very organized tour of both Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii. Saw the sites that I was looking for and was very happy with the drivers and guides.

Thank you, Frankie! Enthusiastic and engaging! - Our tour guide, Frankie, was fantastico! He was very knowledgeable of Pompeii and the daily life of the Romans. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed his jokes and enthusiasm. He answered all of our questions with a smile! We would definitely recommend him to all of our friends and family.

Amazing guide and talented drivers - This was quite the experience! We were picked up at our hotel and made the trek down the mountain. Our driver was amazing, traffic was horrible and he did a fabulous job navigating it. We met Sasa our guide at Pompeii - his knowledge, humor, and intelligence was awe inspiring as he guided us through the history of the ruins. We loved every minute. For those who have not been to Positano keep in mind that this is an all day experience in tough traffic. Then add the volcano to the experience with more very curvy driving, was pretty exhausting. We would have been happy to not add the volcano and just do Pompeii - but glad we can say we have been to both. If you get car sick or are afraid of heights make sure and research this journey.

An amazing experience - The transfer from our villa in Positano was on time and Giovanni was a very good driver to and from Pompeii. When we got to Pompeii we were introduced to our guide, Frankie, who was waiting for us. We were very lucky because we had an upgrade to a private tour with just the two of us. Frankie was an excellent guide. He really brought Pompeii to life and explained the history in a way that helped us to imagine what life was like for the people living there, and the dreadful events that happened in 79 AD. We found it fascinating and Frankie was able to answer all our questions about anything we asked him. My husband was very interested in the water supply, pipes and plumbing, and Frankie had all the answers. Our tour was somewhat over two hours and it was fascinating, from the fast food shops, to the baths, to the grand villas, the Cave canem tiles and the forum and well preserved streets. I
Lt was an amazing experience. Seeing the plaster casts of three of the bodies at the end of the tour was a moving reminder of the horror the people of Pompeii experienced. Many thanks to Frankie for being such an enthusiastic, knowledgeable guide and making our visit so enjoyable. We would give it a full ten out of ten. Grace and Andrew Shipsides, North Wales

Amazing experience - Frankie was an amazing tour guide! He made the experience incredible and full of laughter. Me and my husband really enjoyed learning about Pompeii’s history through this commentary. Highly recommend this!!

Pompeii Adventure - Frankie was amazing, knowledgeable and shared a unique perspective of Pompeii. Our driver in Emmanuel went the extra mile by stopping at a quick little spots for pictures.

Great transport and tour with no hassles - The trip was great from pick up to drop off.
We received a call the evening before to say that Mount Vesuvius had been closed due to a landslide which was a little disappointing but obviously completely outside of the tour guides control and were advised we would receive a partial refund, which was a good outcome.
The tour of Pompeii itself was incredible.
Our tour guide (Sasa) was very knowledgeable and thorough with the detail and brought a sense of humour were appropriate and was sincere when showing the preserved bodies.
He answered any questions that we had and was open to tailoring the experience for our small group.
I would 100% recommend this tour again as well as Sasa.

Great day with Sassa. - Great tour of Pompeii. About two hours with a lot of historical context. Sassa was fantastic. Vesuvius was also really cool. The van got us 90% of the way there and only had a 25 min hike before we could look down into the valcano. Wrapped it up with ‘lunch’ and a wine tasting. Great day all the way around.

Favorite Experience in Italy - Visiting Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius was like taking a trip back in time. Our guide Frankie was incredible. He brought us to the most interesting sites within Pompeii and kept us engaged through the tour. We would have missed out on a ton if we hadn’t done the tour. Transport was also easy, and Giovanni was a great driver.

Pompeii and Vesuvius - Pompeii was amazing and 5 star. Frankie is a great guide! But Mt Vesuvius was a bit of a mess. Drop off by driver that didn’t speak English and no instruction beyond a piece of paper that said the time we should be back. The older couple also with us didn’t make it until 20min later and we stood around with no clue what was happening. They don’t really give enough time to make it up and back if you need to rest at any point.
