Excellent Tour - The history of Pompeii was fascinating and Frankie our tour guard did a great job bringing it to life with brilliant story telling.
The hike to the top Mt. Vesuvius offered wonderful views. But the climb was challenging in 104F weather and very little shade. It was nice to enjoy a cold drink while taking in the views at the top of the mountain.
The vineyard was quaint and lunch was delicious, especially after long hours of walking and hiking.
Glad we did this tour!

Pompeii - The trip was amazing!! We learned so much from Fredricko. Learning about the Romans and how much we have now is the same as it was in the past. We made it to the top to see the volcano.

FANTASTICO - Francesco (our guide for Pompeii) was absolutely amazing! Made us feel so welcomed and safe. He was very knowledgeable, funny and such a fun person to have this experience with. He pointed out so many things we would have never noticed or knew to look for and is an amazing story teller. Would not have wanted to this experience with anyone else.

Great tour. Well worth the cost! - Amazing tour. Well worth the money Friendly drivers, knowledgeable guided. Minimal standing and waiting times. Pompei and Vessuvoous amazing sites. Wine and food good. A long day but highly recommend. Made crowded places stress free. Frankie a supoguid at Pompei!

The BEST tour of Pompeii and Vesuvius - Had the BEST time on this tour. We had a private transfer to Pompeii from our hotel in Amalfi. We then went as a group to Vesuvius. We hiked up the volcano on our own (this part was not guided). We had just missed the rain and the views were spectacular. You can see all of Naples and even Capri in the distance, and of course, the crater of Vesuvius. We were then driven to Pompeii. Our guide, Francesco, was HILARIOUS. He is, hands down, the best tour guide we’ve ever had (and we’ve gone on many tours before). He was entertaining and informative. We were all in awe the entire time, and I’m sure I can say on behalf of our group that Francesco was a fantastic guide and made our tour of Pompeii just that much more fascinating. We wish we could have Francesco as a private guide for the rest of our stay in Amalfi. Would 10/10 recommend!!

Great experience. - Pompeii was amazing. The history. Our guide Roberta was fabulous. Mt Versuvio views were breathtaking. Ending the day with a meal and wine tasting was excellent. Hotel pick-up and drop-off in Amalfi was top-notch. Celeste and Carmine did us good. We used Carmine again to take us back to Naples when we were ending our Italy stay. He was on time and made the drive comfortable for us. Even took us back to hotel after we realized my husband left his phone! What a gentleman.

Highly recommend! - What an amazing day! Carmine picked us up promptly in a very cold mini van (perfect for the heat). We were then met by our tour guide Sasa - Wow, what an amazing guide!!!! He was very knowledgeable and very funny and engaging. The two hours flew by. We then went to lunch and wine tasting. So yummy! Lots of wine and amazing food. Carmine then drove us to Mt Vesuvius where we walked up/down ourselves (approx. 1 hour). Definitely recommend this tour!

Amazing 5* experience, especially the wine tasting - Great experience of getting picked up in Amalfi taken to Pompei for a tour of the city, a walk up to Mt Vesuvius, followed by a wine tasking and lunch at an amazing local vineyard! Also taken back to Amalfi after the wine tasting! Would highly recommend this tour company! Very efficient and looked after us so well ☺️ Thank you!

A great full day OUTING. - Francesco our guide at Pompeii was awesome. Had excellent knowledge and kept us all engaged with hilarious comments and infectious laughter. The Vesuvius walk was challenging but worth the effort. Cold beers available on site were refreshing! A great full day outing.

Great small group tour and day! - The tour was well organized, the Pompeii tour was perfect at two hours. We had a very knowledgeable guide who kept us away from the crowds, while making sure we saw important things. The volcano hike was nice with ample time. The lunch and wine tasting were lovely. It was a great day and I would recommend it.
A few logistical comments…it had not been clear to us that it was not a private tour, so just be aware that you will be grouped with up to 10 people, including at the lunch, but everyone on our tour was a lot of fun and it was not an issue.
Also, be aware that your pick up in the morning to take you to Pompeii may not be a minivan. Even though they say it is a minivan, they might pick you up in a sedan. For our family of very tall adults that was unexpected and a bit crowded during our hour+ drive. The transfer from Pompeii to the volcano, and the return home were via a minivan shared with other people.
