We meet clients at "Around Vesuvio office", the meeting point, in Via Roma 32, Pompeii, usually 15-20 minutes before the departure. Our office is near "Pasticceria De Vivo", on one of Pompeii main road, five minutes walking far from Amphiteatre Pompeii Ruins entrance.

Very nice excursion - Pick up on time and very friendly guide, the visits went very well and the driver drove very well
I did not have the pickup time on the confirmation and the agency responded immediately on WhatsApp despite the late hour. I recommend booking directly on their site, much cheaper than on other TOs like Tiqets for example. Excellent value.

Good visit to Mt Vesuvius - The trip to Mt Vesuvius was fantastic, but the audio tour of Pompei was not very good. It was expensive for what we got.

Pompeii,Vesuvio tour - The tour agency you are connected in Pompeii with this tour,the tall guy in the office (operator?) was not welcoming at all that when he asked my race, becoming argumentative, not understanding that we are just late for 3-5 minutes, because my husband was looking for a car parking space. No audio for this tour. Viator,i will not recommend that tour agency you are connected in this Pompeii,Vesuvio tour. I almost cry for they were people who cannot understand your situation. Bad tour experience in Italy.

Poorly organised and overbooked - I travelled with my son aged 7, and parents in their late 60s. I contacted the company prior to ensure this was suitable and they advised it was. There was no organisation for the bus collection and my son didn’t get allocated a seat on either journey as they overbooked so he had to sit on my lap.
The return journey had been over booked that other people had to get off the bus back to Pompeii so unsure how long they had to wait.
The tickets got Pompeii were not given to us at the start but we were told to collected them after we were dropped off after the bus- we waited 30mins for them to print these.
Poorly organised and overbooked.
