• Serra da Tronqueira - Take the tour again and head to Pedreira towards Tronqueira Road, a dirt route that crosses Serra da Tronqueira from Nordeste to the municipality of Povoacão. Stop at Serra da Tronqueira viewpoint and embrace the imposing view over the mountain range and Pico da Vara, the highest point of the Island with 1103m and dazzle with the Laurissilva forest, composed of Azorean Cedar, Azorean Blueberry, Azorean Sweet Bay and Azorean Holly, endemic plants, natural habitat of the Priolo.
