Fun Day - My dad and i went today our tour guide was great and the service was wonderful im from florida and was in the tour business for many years and this company did a great job . I would highly recommend this company . We rented a side by side and did a half day tour from 1:30 .

Great fun buggy trip - We had great fun buggy driving through beautiful countryside with stunning views We were very well looked after by the excursion lead who looked after everyone soo well making sure all the group were together. Great experience , would recommend

Buggy tour of Sete Cidades - This was a fun way to climb the volcano to see the beautiful lakes from above! The buggies and quads all ran well. Advise to wear glasses as there are no windshields and lots of dust flying. Phillipe is a very nice person and good tour guide. Overall a positive experience.

The view, the lake - It was a beautiful experience, and everyone that comes to visit the Island should definitely do this, the places they bring you to are beautiful and amazing. It is very fun to ride the quad and the buggy. Thanks again for this beautiful experience we had. See you next time!

Fun day! - Awesome time! The tour exceeded our expectations. Philip and Vasco were wonderful tour guides and very informative. We had so much fun and recommend it 10/10.

Very worthwhile experience - Luis was a great guide! We had gone to the area on a van tour, but this was a whole different experience. So glad we got to see it this way! One of our favorite days on the island!

Fun in the mountains and lakes - This excursion was cool. Being able to do some off-roading near the lakes was a different experience.

Seeing the sights of Sete Cidades - We had a wonderful time on this tour and really enjoyed our guide, Ruben. I wish I had realized that the buggy and quad tours were combined. Had I known, I would have booked quads for teens. Also, the buggys go behind the quads and with some "nervous" quad drivers, it was difficult to maintain our speed. Additionally, there was limited "off -roading" compared to excursions we have done in other destinations. Overall though, the locations we visited we lovely, Ruben was very entertaining and it was a nice way to spend a morning.

What a disappointment! - Well, we booked the Buggy tour on Viator for 8/19, realized we made a mistake on the date, so I canceled 8/19 and rebooked it for 8/20. Received new confirmation number and everything. I thought everything was all set. Fast forward to 8/20, my family and I went to the Tour Company address at the designated time and date (8/20), just to be told that our reservation didn’t show up on the company’s system. However, they had no problem processing our payment 3 days prior for USD$265, what a coincidence! We were ultimately told that “we are out of luck.” We were only at Ponta Delgada for a limited amount of time so wasn’t able to reschedule to 2 days later. They processed a refund, but imagine our disappointment because of some error happening on the backend, not our fault at all! We ended up renting a car ourselves and went by ourselves to see Sete Cidades. What a disappointment!!
