Port Arthur, a hamlet that serves as a historical landmark, was initially established in 1830 on the Tasman Peninsula as a detention center and logging station for convicts. Presently, it has morphed into an outdoor museum as nature and bushfires gradually wore down the prison. It’s a wonderfully preserved segment of history that has been recognized and registered on the global historical heritage list by the Australian government.

Beautiful - We had a wonderful time and our guide was excellent. We were able to see some beautiful sites, have a great wine tasting and lunch and learned some of the history about Tasmania. It was very interesting. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. The tour company was very easy to work with, and very accommodating to our requests.

Best trip ever! - Great Services! Nice coach and drivers! We took 5 days Tasmania private tour from Hobart to Launceston with them. The price is affordable and the service was excellent! The driver introduced many local food and destinations! 5 star!!
