Palma Say Trip - We had a great time in Palma with our Tour-Guide Melanie and our Bus driver Fernando. Both of them were funny, very friedly and took care of us all. Fernando is a very resposible and good driver. Melanie has got a great knowledge about the city and explained everything very well. We had a great time at all! Thanks for everything Fam. Excellent value day trip to Palma - Good value for a family of 4. Picked up on time, very informative and helpful guide, left bang on time too.

Good little shopping trip excursions - Such a convenient way to visit Palma if you do not want to hire a car or take local buses. Let someone else take responsibility of your trip. Had Francisco as our driver again and Juan as our guide. Left them as soon as we arrived in Palma as we have been many times so did not want a tour. This gave us 5 hours to shop and have a quick lunch before we are driven back to Puerto Pollensa. Yes I would prefer 8 hours to properly enjoy lunch in one of the many fabulous restaurants but then that would mean taxis or the last local bus home! Would definitely use No Frills again.

Great day out - Been to Mallorca many times and always used local company No Frills Excursions. They have a wide variety of trips to choose from and are great value for money. Any excursions we have been on have been well organised and very enjoyable and this was no exception. The guide Juan was great - really informative, helpful and very amusing! Plenty of time for sightseeing, lunch and lots of shopping! We will certainly continue to use No Frills whenever we go back to Mallorca.

June 2023 - We had this trip to Palma yesterday from Cala D'or, I want to say that is only one thing, that you were taken and brought. But what about Sigthening tour don't even count..... The bus will drive 10 minutes down the street of Palma and drop you off. I also want to share a guide on the bus , during the entire trip we heard a couple of words from her....

Good - Great trip to Palma on the 17/9/22 , Rachel was very informative. There was a downside though. When booking the trip we were told that we had to wear masks on the bus. Fine no problem with that request. The problem I had was the number of people not wearing masks on the bus. If it’s your policy then enforce it , no mask then no bus . Hope things improve.

Sketchy Tour Operator - No Frills Excursions - Booked upgraded day tour to Palma 2 days in advance and paid extra to get picked up from our hotel in Cala Sant Cicenc. Tour operator (No Frills Excursions) emailed and requested us to meet at a different hotel and moved the pickup time 25 minutes earlier. Showed up 5 minutes before pickup time and waited over 30 minutes and now one showed up. Emailed Tripadvisor and your operator, no response for 30+ minutes. Tour operator emailed saying I changed the tour date for 2 days later, with email that had a picture of date I selected! Replied back to tell them I did not change date, they changed their reply and said they communicated the change in date to me, another lie. On top of that, my concierge from the hotel called them and they said the tour operator was contacting the bus driver to see why we weren’t picked up. This tour operator is totally sketchy and ruined that day we were in Mallorca since we spent 3+ hours (from the 9:05am revised pick time to when they accused me of changing the tour date). DO NOT book with No Frills Excursions in Mallorca!!! They only offered to refund the costs, which is the obvious, didn’t even apologize for the lies (twice!) and inconveniences!

Waste of money - Very attractive on the website But unfortunately didn’t receive what was offered Very disappointed Its better to go to the city and walk around alone than to pay money and not even receive half you were offered
