Truly Fantastic Experience - Can't wait to come back! - I cannot recommend Ultimate Bike Hire highly enough! We were in Mallorca for a wedding and saved two days for cycling - with precious little time, Lisa and Jason made sure we maximized our time on the bikes. Lisa and Jason were great from the very start - we coordinated our needs for bikes, shoes, helmets and a guide through Lisa via email to ensure we didn't miss anything. Upon arrival, we met Jason and Lisa who are wonderful and very knowledgeable about cycling and Mallorca. THE BIKES - WOW, the bikes were amazing. Lightweight, beautifully maintained, amazing shifting, and new brake pads to ensure our downhill rides were squeak-free. Jason graciously swapped out my husband's gear set for our second ride so he had more to work with on the climbs out to Cap de Formentor. THE GUIDE - As this was our first time in Mallorca, we had hoped to have a local guide to ensure we didn't get lost or stranded. Jason did not disappoint! He showed us one of his favorite local routes on our first day, and kept us motivated on the ride to Cap de Formentor on the second day. His background in racing as a younger man was so interesting, and he graciously lent us his cycling knowledge around form, nutrition and training. We can't wait to come back next year and cycle with Jason again. If you're staying in the north and looking for amazing, well-cared for bikes managed by a wonderful team, I strongly suggest you work with Ultimate Bike Hire.

Excellent Bike Hire - From the initial contact with Lisa the customer service was excellent and she answered all my questions. Easy payment through PayPal, nothing was a problem, excellent communication when we were there. Jason was a lovely guy, very knowledgeable and went over and above to help us. The bikes were brand new and lovely to ride. Jason supplied us with pump and tubes and a contact number if any problems. He also advised us on routes and we saw some lovely parts of the island. Easy and safe storage in the garage overnight. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ultimate bike hire: service top 👍 - We rented 2 racing bikes for 4 days. Jason delivered them to our rental address and picked them up at our convenience. He gave us accessible routes for all levels. The bikes are super quality, extremely efficient: a real pleasure for me and my wife. And what landscapes!!! We are already looking forward to coming back, perhaps with cycling friends, to discover even more routes and of course we will rent again at Ultimate bike hire because the service is really top! Amazing Experience - Most Helpful Experience in a Long Time - I was let down by my original hire company and so turned up at Ultimate Bike Hire with no notice or prior booking and it was on the busiest day of the year - 2 days before Ironman 70.3. Jason was amazing. He found me a bike, got me set up and on my way. Mallorca cycling paradise - Jason runs a very slick organisation the bikes are top class and well prepared. He could not have been more helpful, suggesting appropriate routes for our abilities and advice on amenities, Coffee and Cake. Very good value for Quality carbon road bikes.
