3. The driver will reach out via WhatsApp or SMS one day before the trip to confirm the pick-up location and time. Feel free to share any specific sights or activities you wish to experience during the city tour.

4. You can leave your luggage in the vehicle while you enjoy your city tour in Malacca, visiting Jonker Street, St. Paul Hills, Christchurch, Red Square, Malacca Strait Mosque, and the Malacca River Cruise.

5. Our driver will provide you with the embarkation card (white card) to fill out before entering Singapore.

6. During the trip, you may request a refreshment break or a meal stop.

7. The journey from Port Dickson to Malacca takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, and from Malacca to Johor Bahru immigration takes another 2.5 to 3 hours before proceeding to Singapore.

8. You will remain in the vehicle during the immigration checkpoint clearance as the driver will use the car lane to enter Singapore. You may need to present your white card to the officer at the counter, and the driver will guide you through the process.
