2. Our customer service team will contact you 3 days before the trip to confirm your pick-up time.

3. The driver will WhatsApp or SMS you one day before the trip to coordinate and confirm the pick-up location and time. You can also share your preferences for the city tour.

4. You can leave your luggage in the vehicle while you explore Malacca, including Jonker Street, St. Paul Hills, Christchurch, Red Square, Malacca Strait Mosque, and Malacca River Cruise.

5. Our driver will provide you with the embarkation card (white card) to fill out before entering Singapore.

6. During the trip, you can request refreshment breaks or meal stops as needed.

7. The journey from Port Dickson to Malacca takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, and from Malacca to Johor Bahru immigration takes another 2.5 to 3 hours before heading to Singapore.

8. At the immigration checkpoint, you will need to alight from the vehicle with your luggage. The driver will use the bus lane to enter Singapore, and you will need to surrender your white card to the officer at the counter. The driver will guide you through this process.

9. The driver will drop you off at your destination in Singapore. This is a door-to-door transfer service.
