The activities you can engage in are observing fish feeding, embarking on a snorkeling adventure, experimenting with scuba diving, viewing the coral and marine biodiversity from a semi-submersible submarine, and relishing a delicious buffet lunch.
- Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
- Minimum age for all diving activities is 12 years, the maximum age is 70 years
- Coach transfers are not wheelchair accessible

Brilliant experience on Quicksilver Cruise - Excellent experience. Staff are all amazing. Boat is extremely well equipped and they’ve thought of everything. It’s accessible, professional, well organised. Staff are all kind and genuinely want you to have the best experience on the reef. We took our 4 kids, easily the highlight of our holiday. Recommend to all.

Wonderful option to explore great barrier reef! - Wonderful trip - very well planned. Had an amazing time exploring corals and fish. Also good lunch options, even for vegetarians.

The ride, the snorkeling... - The ride, the snorkeling and the semi submersible tour was wonderful. The food on board had vegan and vegetarian options too. The only bummer was that the Ocean walk was canceled due to bad weather but the views were amazing and we had a wonderful time. The whole crew of QuickSilver was good.

Great experience and well run - The trip out to the reef was well run. We used the time to learn about the reef and wildlife. They explained the use of equipment and everything we needed to know about our experience. Out at the reef it was spectacular. Very efficient to get your gear so you could get right in. Fabulous look at coral and marine life. Whole family thought it was one of the best excursions we’ve ever done.

Best day ever. So very... - Best day ever. So very well organised, plenty of crew to help, impressive buffet lunch. Plenty of room on board and during activities. Staff and crew take safety very seriously. overall magnificent day highly recommend

Great day and great experience but check weather - Great day trip and experience for the family. I have 3 kids (6yr, 4yr nd 3yr) and made the mistake of over packing. Literally only need swimming togs, towel, change of clothes, water bottle and sun screen, Plenty of food and snacks provided. Morning tea on the way there, lunch there and afternoon tea on the way back.
You’ll want an GoPro or something you can take under water, they have stuff for hire but if you have one take it, plenty of fish and coral to view.
Check the forecast prior to booking, we sailed with 12knot winds and was very comfortable.

Excellent organization,... - Excellent organization, plethora of options. Overall I was very impressed with the operation. My kids had a blast on the submersible ride as well as snorkeling and I dived.

Namendra dont use other peoples phone numbers - The most memorable part was getting a request to do a survey for a company I have never been to. Turns out Namendra used my phone number to book his dive expedition. Hope he enjoyed it.

Once in a lifetime experience! - Snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef was a major reason for our visit across the world to Australia. We enjoyed the boat ride out to the platform and felt it was well organized. Lunch was good and we had plenty of time to snorkel. My handicap parents had a wonderful time watching the fish as they were fed from both off the back of the dock and down inside the underwater viewing. The crew were diligent about safety and drive their boats around the area to.provide aide if needed. The boats did create a lot of waves that made swimming a challenge. Also, a generator went out and the ride home was unbearably hot with 400 people on board and no A/C in summer. Along with a medical emergency that kept us cooped up on the hot boat an extra hour, we were smoldering. This was my only complaint and reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The staff showed extreme professionalism through the crisis, though, that was beyond their control. Overall, this was a fantastic excusrion!
