- Daintree River - You will board a cruise along the Daintree River, looking out for all manner of creatures, including the estuarine crocodile, snakes, birds, frogs, and more.
- Mossman Gorge - We arrive at Mossman Gorge, which is the southern part of the Daintree Rainforest. Your guide will take you on a walk and share their knowledge of the local flora and fauna and answer any questions you may have. This is an easy 500m return walk mostly along boardwalks.
You can enjoy a swim in the crystal-clear rainforest stream, which can be quite refreshing, whilst being surrounded by the beautiful and healing Mossman Gorge rainforest. What a great way to spend a morning!

This is a great tour for those who only want to spend a half-day out or are short on time. We visit two areas on this trip, Daintree River and Mossman Gorge.
We begin with a drive along the Captain Cook Highway, on the way to the Daintree River, and share a little history along the way.
Here, we board a cruise along the Daintree River, looking out for local wildlife, including the estuarine crocodile, snakes, birds, frogs, and more.
After the Wildlife Cruise, we enjoy morning tea with Lamingtons and tea/coffee.
Once in Mossman Gorge National Park, we conduct an interpretive walk along an elevated boardwalk. Weather dependent, we can enjoy a dip in the crystal-clear rainforest stream, whilst being surrounded by the beautiful and healing Mossman Gorge rainforest.
What a memorable way to spend your morning!

Great 1/2 day trip - We had a great morning with Mel on a 1/2 day Daintree & Mosman Gorge and would highly recommend. Mel was good fun and knowledgeable. Just the right amount of time in each place. Swimming in Mosman Gorge is definitely a plus, beautiful! Shout out to Mel tho!

Getting up close with... - Getting up close with nature. Seeing Daintree rainforest and Mossman gorge was the our best experience in Port Douglas… so beautiful!! This tour was so nice, everyone was helpful, our shuttle driver ?Graeme was excellent and even went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our morning tea with the delicious almond muffins 😍

Great morning tour. - A great morning with Mel who was very friendly and bright despite the early pick up from our hotel. A full small bus and I'm not sure how she managed to remember everyone's name and talked to everyone, she was so good with the kids that were in the group. On the Daintree river cruise we saw 2 crocs, a frog, birds and a snake. Not a lot but the commentary was great and informative. Followed by morning tea with delicious muffins. Onto Mossman gorge where Mel led us along the boardwalk with useful information about the area, time for a swim at the swimming spot or walk a bit further before returning to the bus. A good morning tour.

Terrific tour knowledgeable guide - We had a wonderful 1/2 day tour. Big thanks to our guide Kim, he was helpful and very informative. Saw three crocs on the Daintree tour and had a swim a beautiful Mossman gorge - the morning tea was lovely too, transport was comfortable. All in all great day loved by our family of older teenagers and grandparents!

Outstanding informed tour - Great experience. Picked up promptly from accommodation. The driver Peer, was delightful, extremely knowledgeable on all aspects, from history of port Douglas to all things Daintree forest- including indigenous history, trees, fruits and wildlife. Croc spotting on the Daintree river was excellent. Even saw a rare baby who survived the recent cyclone. Highly
