Pasta and canolli with a view! - Do not miss this experience! Located in hills with a view of Palermo, Chef Carlos starts with a tour of his mandarin orchard and farm. We then were served prosecco and bruschetta with house olive oil and tomatoes. This is a hands on pasta and cannot class which you eat with leftovers board for home. We ended with manderingello. I can't wait to try my recipes at home! Thank you Carlos for making me feel at home!

You can't miss this! - What an Amazing booking class with Carlo ! The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, and the food we prepared was fantastic. I walked away with great tips and a full stomach ! Would definitely take and ther class!

A perfect afternoon - Cooking with Chef Carlo in his beautiful home, exploring his garden, and eating mandarins right off the tree was a highlight of our trip to Sicily. Mariangela was super helpful and even arranged a taxi and Carlo was so kind and great with both our 8 year old and our teenager. We learned so much and made a beautiful family memory. I couldn’t recommend this experience more!

Very cosy and friendly experience! - Went to this with my other half and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Carlo was an excellent host and we can honestly say we learned something we can use in our daily life. We went in Feb so it was cold but all arrangements were made to keep us warm and cozy so we still had a great time. Worth every penny 😊

Can’t miss, unforgettable experience! - From the food to the hosts to the view, a truly unforgettable experience. The communication before, including accommodations for a food allergy, was flawless. My older parents and I were on a heritage trip and it was so special to see the organic farm and see the love first-hand put into growing the ingredients we would cook with. The appetizers and Prosecco were delicious, and followed by the lesson of homemade tagliatelle and lactose-free tiramisu. We also were able to try Carlo’s homemade orange liquor. Everything was delicious and so warm and welcoming. We felt as if we were in the home of our close friends. A can’t miss experience. Can’t wait to return with friends and family. Fabulous experience - Thanks so much for a fun evening!! We loved visiting the garden and learning about everything they are growing. The views were amazing. Carlo made the cooking so much fun and so easy..: we learned a lot and it was delicious! I even got some picky family members to try new things and they loved it all.
