Amazing!! - This tour was the best of both worlds! Had a great boat ride and very informative tour. Once at the caves we were helped into kayaks to explore. All the guides made sure we were safe and provided clear instructions.

Happy tour - I had already experience a similar kayaking tour from Albufeira that was already very nice so my girlfriend and I tried once more. It was even better. The caves where great and the whole crew did a very nice job. I will suggest the same tour to my friends.

Fantastic activity for all abilities - We wanted to do a kayak tour of the caves but due to mobility issues we wasn't sure if it would be possible. We came across seasiren and took the chance. The catamaran was comfy and had a toilet on board as well as drinks available to buy. On the way to Benagil cave the crew pointed out points of interest and shared some local knowledge. We visited Benagil by catamaran then several smaller caves by kayak which worked well as the smaller caves where quieter and less boats moving about. We got onto the kayaks onboard the catamaran which made it easier for all abilities, then was lowed down a ramp into the sea. The same applied for getting off the kayak, the crew pulled the kayak back onboard then you got off. The crew where fantastic throughout the tour and kept checking on everyone to make sure all was ok. I also liked the fact we had 2 members of the crew in the sea with us at all times so no matter on your kayaking ability someone was always on hand if needed

If you want to make memories, take this tour! - My wife and I took this tour on our wedding anniversary. We arrived to the check-in point on time and had zero issues with planning with SeaSiren Tours. Have whatsapp on your phone and the viator app. It is helpful with any tour in Portugal. We got tons of knowledge from our guides who told stories and fun facts. It was great to hear about this part of the coast on what felt like a very personal level. The tour was full but we had no problem with comfort or being made to feel like we were the only ones on the boat. Just fantastic! (Sergio, and I believe Andre, and Miguel were our guides. They were totally awesome!) Once we dropped the kayaks, it was so much fun! We went into 3 caves with our kayaks and loved hearing about "Smugglers Cave." While we were on the water, we also had the opportunity to see dolphins, one of which had a baby. SO COOL. Apparently this is a fairly rare occurrence, so the tour just got better and better! All the guides made sure everyone was safe and comfortable as well, so thank you for that! As boaters, we appreciated this very much. Note: We were not allowed to go on the beach itself due to governmental regulations. You will see others landed on the beach but we played by the rules to protect the site. This did not detract from the tour. If you are searching for a Benagil tour, this is the one if you want to get as close as possible and have a fun /physical experience.

Really lovely experience... - Really lovely experience with great guides. Touring the caves in the catamaran was lovely and I’d recommend sitting at the front of the boat for the best views. Initially I was concerned we’d be behind the rest of the group as we’d never kayaked but it was really well managed even with slightly rough waves. I would have loved the opportunity to get out of the kayak onto the beach but with how busy the cave was I’m not surprised it wasn’t possible. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone but would suggest you buy a waterproof phone pouch before arriving.

Awful experience, do not recommend. - Firstly the guide and boat staff were excellent and informative (5 stars). However the issues started well before the trip. Firstly Seasiren cancelled our original Monday booking and asked if we could go tomorrow (a Friday) or Tuesday. We said Friday may be possible with enough notice. Seasiren said they needed to find out sea conditions. On Thursday afternoon they sent an email stating they could rebook us for Friday and asked for confirmation receipt. As I do not often check email I did not see it and did not confirm receipt or acceptance of the rebooking. They did not send a text, WhatsApp or phone message... they relied entirely on email. They sent a text of Friday at 12:47 stating we needed to be at the location in 43 minutes for our tour. When I received the text I scrambled to look for emails and texted Seasiren to say we couldn't make it ... the text was from an unmonitored account and could not be used. I then called Seasiren to say we could not make it in 45 minutes and was not aware of a rebooking and requested a refund. They responded with an email stating there would be no refund and that we had requested the change. Not true, as Seasiren were the ones who had cancelled our original booking and they never received confirmation from us regarding their rescheduling us. We cancelled our lunch and scrambled to get changed into bathing suits (expecting a kayak tour as advertised) and ran to the port, after again being warned we would not be given a refund and needed to be 'on time' at 1:30. We were on our way when Seasiren emailed with 'special refund' of 50% for cancellation however we were by then almost at the port and determined to make it 'on time'. Once we arrived we were told it was no rush as they were waiting for 7 other guests (ALL of the other guests, we were actually first to arrive)! When we got on the boat we were advised there would be no kayaking as sea conditions werent' safe for kayaks. it seems maybe the other guests were aware of this as they were warmly dressed and certainly not planning for kayaks. This is fair, of course sea conditions can make it unsafe for kayaking. But as we were on our way to Benagil Cave we were told that as of Aug 14, 2024 the government had banned entry into the cave from that date forward for safety reasons. So even if we were able to go on kayaks we would not have been allowed into the cave onto the beach. Seasiren shows photos of kayaks and persons on the cave and on the beach so we found that web advertising to be deceptive at best. They also list the tour as on a catamaran and sailing. It is not a sailboat. It is a motorized boat. To top it off we looked at the website after our tour and they were still selling Monday bookings (albeit at an earlier time)! Never were we offered to go on the same day as our original booking which we would have greatly preferred! In total it was a bad experience, dreadful customer service, awful communication (can't they just use text/WhatsApp like the rest of the world?!), threats of no refunds, deceptive advertising. I DO NOT recommend this company. Finally to restate ... the captain/guide and boat staff were pleasant.
