Unforgettable tour, beautiful and with exceptional guides! - The guides gave us a wonderful experience! Its warmth, sympathy and close treatment made the ride unforgettable. Unlike massive tours, this small group boat tour offers an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. You can see the passion they put into their work. We went as a family with a little girl, we had nothing reserved but it made us a hole and we enjoyed it a lot. The itinerary took us from Portimao to the famous Benagil cave, allowing us to admire stunning caves, serene beaches and fascinating rock formations along the way. The personalized attention of the guides greatly enriched the experience, friendly and pleasant. After finishing the tour, I asked for Recommendation to eat, but out of the typical tourist. hit the nail with what we wanted, a roasting restaurant with fresh fish of the day, was typical of workers, food and exceptional attention! I definitely highly recommend this excursion. Thank you so much for such a special adventure!

Small group, friendly, family run vibe - Highly recommended tour! Small group numbers, our boat could have had 10 but it was just us 4! Our guide was friendly, informative and spoke excellent English, the rib boat was clean, small enough to get in the caves/tunnels and fast. Parking the car was easy by the meeting point, which had toilets. I cant think of a better way to see Benagil Cave.

A boat trip that’s knots above - Carlos and Maria made our coastal tour exploring the sea caves an unforgettable experience. They were excellent guides, keeping us updated ahead of departure and at each stop along the way to the Benegal Beach sea cave. After exploring the caves, we enjoyed a leisurely swim alongside the boat before heading back to port. The smaller boat allowed everyone to appreciate the views while still being comfortable and the tour wasn’t rushed unlike so many others.

Poor customer service - I did not go on the boat trip because the meeting point printed on the ticket is completely different from the actual meeting point and when the operator called me she did not give me clear instructions on where to meet. I was probably less than 50 meters away from the meeting point but because there were lots of other people waiting for different tours it was very difficult to know the actual location of this tour. Her colleague called me about 5 minutes later and when I told him I had walked further down the marina looking for them he started shouting at me over the phone like this was all my fault - on my vacation after paying you for a service and you printed the wrong meeting point on the ticket?? No thank you! I was probably around 600 metres away from them at the time but decided not to participate in this situation any further. I cannot comment on the boat tour itself however having interacted with 2 members of the team over the phone I can comment on their attitude and on this I give 1 star, customer service is zero. I have taken part in boat tours in Lagos and Faro, and other tours in other parts of Portugal and Andalucía across the border in Spain and I have never ever had any problems in interacting with the tour operators. My advice to anyone that wants to book this tour is to visit them in person before booking and judge for yourself.
