Perfect start to a trip! - It was a very hot week so we started early. Our driver Phil was a wonderful guide to everything we were seeing. We highly recommend doing the entire circuit early in your trip to get a feel for where things are and how Portland's many neighbors are laid out.

Pink trolly - Great ride to see different parts of Portland. Fun way to travel. We got dropped off at the International Test Rose Garden which is free to go and it’s beautiful. Then 55 minutes later you get picked up again or choose to stay at any of the locations for however long you like. We saw a few sections of the area that we didn’t walk to otherwise. It was worth the ticket for the day. Glad we experienced it!

Pretty Cool 😎 - The tour guide was friendly and informative. He talked about the history of Portland. It was a nice experience and a reasonable price to hop on and off for 6 hours. The weather was perfect to feel the breeze in your face. You can get off whichever stop you wanted or skip the ones you weren’t interested in. I would recommend to anyone visiting Portland.

A fun way to explore Portland without having to worry about transportation - The cute pink trolley took us around the city of Portland, stopping at some of the most popular tourist spots and giving live commentary on what we were seeing. Our driver was very knowledgeable on the city and its history, and seems to have been doing this for a long time. With each stop we could get off and explore, then get picked back up later at 1 hour intervals.

Best for Shopping - I've done hop on hop off in other locations that take you to landmarks, museums, etc. This one primarily takes you to different shopping districts. Riding the metro would be cheaper.

Hop-off, Hop-on if you can wait up to 35 minutes after scheduled time - The original Hop-On was pleasant and easy. The commentary from the driver was useful and interesting information based on the area we were in. However, our 1st Hop-Off was about 10 minutes behind, no big deal. After we shopped, had lunch and went to the designated Hop-On, we waited over 35 minutes. Called the number because the trolley tracker wasn't working. Said the delay was due to traffic. When we finally got back on trolley, there was a different driver. When we got to 2nd Hop-Off we asked if the next trolley pickup will be on schedule and mentioned how much we has to wait. She said it was because they have a lunch break. I told her the dispatch guy said it was due to traffic. She just shrugged us off and said "okay". After waiting another 30 minutes for our final Hop-On, we ended walking back to our hotel. Not worth $10/per let alone $30/per. Save your $$

Unreliable, useless schedule - We booked to start our tour at 11:00. The trolly was already 10-15 minutes late then. A loop is supposed to take 55 minutes, so the schedule is based on that. But it was completely unreliable. We went to a stop and waited 35 minutes. Then we ran back to stop one so we can adk the guy at the ticket booth what was happening. Then when took the trolley again, we got dropped off at Washington park, we double checked with the driver to make sure we would be back in time to take the trolley down to the city an hour later. We were at the stop ten minutes early. After waiting 40 minutes, we had to call an Uber to be able to get back to our car. 10 minutes later, when the Uber picked us up, the trolley was still not there. The hop on hop off is a nice idea, and Phil, the driver did a good job as a guide, but with only one trolley making the loop and the schedule being so unreliable, it simply doesn't work. I wish we could at least get the money back we had to pay for the Uber to get down from the mountain.
