Excellent trolley bus tour - Tour guide was absolutely brilliant. He had been a high school teacher in South Portland and was so knowledgable but also funny and entertaining throughout. The time went so quickly but we had visited so many places and would thoroughly recommend this trolley bus experience

Nice tour - The tour itself was great but interaction with people at the collection point was confusing. The guide on the bus was great!

Don't go with Barry - Not really worth it! No chance for photos or really anything outstanding to see or learn. However if you want to know where the drivers daughters live and the status of their personal life,he's the guide for you .

Lousy experience - Trolley tour started almost 15 minutes late. We were on the verge of getting off and demanding a refund. Apparently, people who had reserved were not there on time and company was trying to sell tickets to other people. There was no apology made nor compensation offered for the delay. Tour guide 1) should limit recommendation that people should research sites they want to visit to ensure open to less than 4 times during the tour. 2) should limit telling people that beyond Commercial Street was a landfill to less than 4 times during the tour. 3) discussions of fires was disorganized and repetitive. Tour was marginally ok, but overpriced because of delayed start and commentary.
