Great way to see the city with Jered - It was a fun tour that we recommend to everyone in reasonable fitness (with no knee issue). The Segway may seem intimidating at first but it’s pretty easy to get into it. Jered was an excellent instructor and guide. The tour explored the CBD, the farmers markets, the river front and more. Jered was so knowledgeable about the city, and a great storyteller too.

A must do! - Absolutely a blast. It was safe and informative. We had never road before, Jared gave us lessons and Made sure everyone was comfortable before we started the tour. This was so worth it! Beautiful scenery and saw lots of different art work and areas of Portland. Really a must do! Thank you Jared.

Jered is the best!!! - What a great experience with Jered. My son and I take a yearly trip and this year we landed in Portland, Oregon. I thought the segway tour would be something different to do since either one of us has done it before. Jered was very attentive and he knew how to calm my nerves. By the end of the tour I considered myself an expert. LOLLL If you are in the Portland, Oregon area, I highly suggest doing this tour, you won't be disappointed.

Awesome Way to Tour Portland - Still on Cloud 9 from my Segway Tour in Portland, OR! Jered is an amazing tour guide and Segway coach! It was just what I wanted - Fun and to learn more about the city. I got the chance to go to Portland for work. Having never ridden a Segway before, I was a bit apprehensive. Jered took the time to teach each of the three of us in the tour how to operate it with safety and fun in mind. Definitely recommend going on this tour. Can’t wait go to to other cities with the same company - Magic Carpet Glide.

Portland Segway Tour - Fun and very safe Segway tour of Portland!! Jered was great and we highly recommend the tour for some history and to see the area quickly. Especially enjoyed the scenic views of the waterfront.

Jared ROCKS - This tour was sooo fun! I’ve never ridden but Jared was a great teacher making it very easy to learn. We went ALL over the city, from the river front to the college campus and through several parks within the city!! Jared also gave recommendations and noted that my city has tours too! Gonna give them a try as well!!!

Thank you for a wonderful experience! - Jared took excellent care of myself and my different-abled daughter. He was very patient with her, answered all her questions, taught her how to operate the Segway, and helped her cross streets until she was able to manage on her own. The tour was very enjoyable, taking us to various sights downtown, across bridges, and along the esplanade. Very worthwhile experience!

Tour? What tour? Tour was a No Show! - I booked this tour 2 months ahead of time. I received confirmation emails as recently as the night before. My family and I arrived at the meeting location 20 minutes before our scheduled tour. This is not a business location, just a random courtyard. There is no storefront. We waited until it was time for the tour, no sign of anyone. I then called the number provided in the confirmation email and had to leave a voicemail. We waited another 10 minutes, thinking maybe someone was running late, but no one arrived. I called the number again and left another voicemail. It was now 2:15 and out tour time was 2:00. We had been now waiting for 35 minutes. At 2:17 someone called me back and informed me that the tour was cancelled. She stated that FedEx lost their Segways in shipping and that someone should have contacted us. She refunded our money. While I appreciate the refund, this entire experience is unacceptable. There was no offer to reschedule, no credit offered for the time or inconvenience, just a whoops, my bad, here is your money back now that you wasted an afternoon of your vacation on our incompetence. My family and I have taken Segway tours all over the country and never had such an unusual and unprofessional experience. When I informed her that we were still receiving emails right up to the tour she said they were automated. I'm guessing the email asking thanking us for "joining them" on our tour was automated as well. In any case, it is what prompted this review. Yes, things happen, but, do better!
