You get spectacular views of the Skelligs, two great islands of rock coming out of the Sea. The area is a haven for bird life and is full of nesting seabirds early in the year.

- Kerry Bog Village Museum - We stop at the Bog Village, see Famine cottages, cottages that show Irish life in the 1930 , feed the Irish Wolfhounds, one of the World’s largest dogs. Lots to see and do here.
- Kells Sheep Centre - A highlight of the Tour, see a world champion Shepherd with his Border Collies give a demonstration on sheep herding. A pleasure to watch man and dog in action.

First trip to Ireland - My husband and I had rented a car but wanted to both enjoy the Ring of Kerry - so glad we went with Joe!
Joe picked us up at our hotel, was very accommodating, and took us to some awesome places. We had the best lunch and ice cream stop thanks to Joe knowing where to go.
Joe was very nice and we learned so much more having him as a guide and telling us about the towns we went through.

Loved our Ring of Kerry trip! - We would have been lost on this trip as the drive is very long and there are so many stops. Joe was awesome he took us to places we probably would have missed. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Ireland and the stops along the way. We also had some of the best sea food of our entire trip that ranged from multiple places along Southern Ireland. We had an amazing time and I highly recommend booking this trip!!

Skip the tour busses and hire John! - John is a fabulous tour guide! He accommodated us and our multiple requests!! He knows all the sweet local spots. Can’t recommend enough. We thoroughly enjoyed the day!

An Epic Day - Our Ring of Kerry Tour with Joe was one of the highlights of our 9-day trip to Ireland. Joe thinks of everything to make the day perfect. He was also very accommodating when I requested that we squeeze in a side-trip for us to see a stone ring fort. In addition to the great fun we had at places like the sheep dog demonstration, he showed us some incredible sights that we would never see on a larger bus tour. It was also nice that he is known by the local business owners at various stops, which meant that we were seated quickly at lunch during a very busy time for the pub. It was a day we will never forget, and I'm so glad we chose this tour! I will recommend Joe to anyone I know who is going to Ireland.

A memorable day visiting the Ring of Kerry with Joe - We had originally planned to drive the Ring of Kerry ourselves, and I am so grateful that we decided to spend the day with Joe instead. He tailored the trip to fit the time we had available and included wonderful recommendations along the way. We loved the sheep dog demonstration, the delicious lunch, the views of the Kerry cliffs. It was a spectacular day, and we were all able to relax. He also recommended a great activity for our last day, sending us to Kingdom Falconry in Dingle. Thank you, Joe!

Amazing experience, terrific driver. Joe was kind and knowledgeable and he took good care of us. - Top notch service for vacation done with our 20 something daughters. Joe was very engaging and responsive, identifying and responding to their interests and customizing our tour. He also served as a travel agent by helping us plan the next day of our vacation. More than worth the extra cost. A stress-free way to navigate the twists, turns, and narrow roadways on the Ring of Kerry. Would hire him again in a minute.

Great Ring of Kerry tour with Joe! - Absolutely loved our private tour with Joe! He took us to several places with no tour busses at all. The Kerry Cliffs were absolutely stunning, and we happened to have a sunny day and great light for photos. We stopped for lunch at a place in Portmagee where 90% of the patrons were locals. Food was great there. We saw a demonstration on sheep herding by an international award winning border collie trainer. There were several other stops along the way that made for a full and memorable day. Highly recommend this tour!

Great Day on the Rings! - Joe was amazing from the first meeting. We explained we were from New Orleans and our interest. He took us all over the Ring of Kerry to see beautiful things. He was informative and very talkative. Made us all feel at ease. It was great day spent with Joe.

A windy and wild day! - The day was wild, wet and windy! Joe was very communicative and we enjoyed the sheep herding demonstration so much. Although we couldn’t see much of the Ring of Kerry due to the fog, Joe made it up to us the following day with an extra jaunt to the Muckross house. My one suggestion would to make your vehicle expectations clear prior to the tour as we were traveling with my elderly parents and needed a spacious vehicle.
