Food and Wine Tour - We truly enjoyed the conversation between each venue. He explained all the buildings and the history behind them. He explained each venue with clarity and compassion and was genuinely interested in each shop. The food was amazing and the wines, especially the sangria was wonderful a great variety of foods with my personal favorite being Francesinhas famous dish. Flavio was great throughout.

First time to Porto - This is our first time in Porto. I scheduled this tour for both my partner and me. Flávio was an absolute pleasure. He was excellent from the start. Great communication, knowledge of the city, and seem to love this job. We highly recommend booking this tour if you are new to Porto and want to learn more about the history, food, and people. Thank you, Flávio, for a beautiful day and all your suggestions for the rest of our trip to Portugal. Also, be prepared to walk, eat, drink, and learn.

Great Food Tour - My wife and I had a wonderful time on the 4-hour food tour in Porto. Our guide was charming and knowledgeable. We enjoyed each stop we made. The food and wine were plentiful and represented the city we were in. We would highly recommend this tour.

Outstanding Food Tour! - Malu was a fantastic guide! We enjoyed eating traditional Portuguese food from off the beaten path, while learning about culinary traditions. Each restaurant was ready to receive us as soon as we entered. Malu also added her own personal experiences to the tour, we felt like we were being shown around by a friend! Highly recommend!!

4 Hour food tour with Flavio - Wonderful tour! Flavio was amazing and very knowledgeable! Lots of yummy food! Not only a food tour but pointed out many historical spots! It is a lot of walking, so be prepared!

Amazing food tour! I would highly recommend!! - We had an amazing time on the portuguese food tour! We went to several places and sampled many different tapas and wines. The first place was a local cheese and meet shop and we sampled some amazing cheeses with a pumpkin jam and some wine! The next place we had a large meat and cheese sampler as well as vino verde! The last place had the local dish (called heart attack in a sandwich!) as well as some sardines and hot peppers. Wow!

walkabout in Porto - very good guide. food choices were mostly good. the walking tour with more history would be great. but as i said Flavio did a fine job. very pleasant guide very helpful

Worst tour ever w/not much food - Nice but unprepared guide: 10 min. late, little to no food info on tour, guide away from group on cell ph while clients eating, walked thru food mkt. but got no food, walked too fast for some clients & across red pedestrian signs leaving half of group on own, not all restaurants prepared for arrival leaving customers to scrounge for seating. Left tour hungry. Viator’s sample listing of food totally incorrect. Viator listed “ Detailed Portuguese food guide”- nothing detailed at all. Viator listing contained 8 food establishments in sample menu. We went to FOUR which is substantially different than description. This is our 6th food tour, & definitely the worst part of our trip. Company should educate guide. No “parrot” or “vest” provided to guide as detailed.
