Great way to see around the city - We found the tourist info on street just around the corner from Rua das Flores. I think it’s Rua Mouzinho. The bus is a great way to see the city. Romeo Mendes was very kind and friendly and helped us with suggestions of what to see and where we might like to eat authentic Portuguese food. He loved talking to us. His English is very good and he was very interested in what we liked and wanted to do whilst in Porto. Highly recommend this little tourist office and the bus tour.

Problem we had was, paid for 4 tickets but told by driver paid only for 2. Had to by 2 tickets. Voucher showed 4?? - Beautiful sites. Loved the beach area and the fort. A man of few words. No so much love for residential areas.

Great for getting your bearings - Went on both routes and the boat tour Regular buses pre recorded guide wasn’t always in sync Good way to see the further out beach area and Gaia Boat trip was good

Good but far head office - The problem is if you have prebooked this with let’s say, Viator… you can’t get it redeeemed on bus and have to walk ages for the head office.

Not enough time to use what we paid for - Our cruise ship arrived late so we did not get to use the river boat cruise ticket and the wine cellar tour!!! The bus stopped at 5:30 and we only got there at 2:30!

Not quite good enough - First, I buy a ticket online and then have to go all the way through the city to exchange my receipt for a QR code. Are we in the 21st century? 30% of the route went on other roads than advertised. Only about half of the first floor of the bus is covered.

Make Another Selection - The bus was never on schedule, we waited over 45 mins to board the first bus of the day only to go 2 miles and sit for another 20 minutes. Very unorganized, not reliable, and they waste a lot of your time just sitting on the bus in one location. There are several other tour buses in this city, try them, the red bus seems more frequent and organized... may have more buses or something.

inappropriate and impersonal - The audio commentary of the bus, recorded with a robot voice, is almost always started late. In any case, the density of Old Port monuments does not leave enough time to describe them... I think this type of visit is not suitable for such a concentrated center. The rest of the way (75%) is full of empty space with a round trip to the port without any valorization of it. It really feels like a filling... As for the boat tour, you will have to remember to take headphones and download an app to have information... Welcome to the world of robots!

Terrible end to the tour - Was going to recommend but the end of the tour was so terrible, I give it a one. The driver stopped for literally two seconds at the major stop to get off and go to the Ribeira. There are no stop buttons on the top deck to request a stop, so you’d think they give people at least 20 seconds to get down the stairs. About 20 of us (from different groups) wanted to get off and had to ride all the way to stop one because he also skipped stop 13 entirely. Had to take an 8€ taxi to get back down to the river because he drove us all the way up to the top of the town again to batalha square. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Not worth the money - Very difficult to find stops .. no advance map or info… headphones didn’t work in 5 of the 6 seats we were in. The one headphone that did work wouldn’t switch to English. Real waste of money.
