Fantastic - I had a great tour with Beatriz. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. She enjoyed sharing her knowledge of Gaia. Love the electric tuk tuk. Quiet and clean.

Full tour but without the center of Porto because it is forbidden - Thank you diogio for taking the time for us to make an effort despite our different languages and very good experience.

Let Tuktuk take the trek to the views - My partner and I had an amazing time. Our guide Andreas was the perfect balance of informative about key landmarks and history of Porto & Gaia and entertaining. Would absolutely recommend again.

Limited view, but good tour guides. - We enjoyed the view from the Jardim do Morro, but unfortunately, due to government restrictions the Tuk-tuk's are not allowed to go into the city center. Our tour guide (Helena) was very personable and did the best that she could, but we felt that we didn't get our money worth. They do offer a free walking tour as compensation.

Usually the trip would be great and fun too but unfortunately the tuk tuk drivers were not able to drive into the city - We booked on Viator but when we arrived the tuk tuk driver told us that he could not go into the city centre and that no tuk tuk drivers can at the moment since October 1st 2024 as there are too many tuk tuk companies and the mayor is deciding which companies he wants to continue with so we went up to the Monastery and then down to the river and that was about it. We paid £50 between 3 of us so I think very expensive for really not much of a tour. I think Viator needs to be aware that this is happening at the moment.

Misleading tour description - The guide was great but was unable to take us into the historic part of the city due to city regulations. Fine, I understand, but there was no mention of this on Trip Advisor or follow up correspondence. We would not have booked this trip.

Bad - The Tuk Tuks are no longer allowed in old Porto as of Oct 01, 2024. We should have been advised and should have been refunded. All rhey gave us was a tour of Gaia, which we already had seen. We missed out on the most historical sites in Porto.

To avoid - Very disappointed by this activity! We were advised at the time l we could visit the city of Porto with these since October 2024 they are forbidden in the center so no visit of historic places!
Really no interest, takes us to Vila Nova gaia to see the view from Porto
Maybe inquire about the little tourist train...

Ok - The tuk Tuks are not permitted to operate in the city. This was not made clear when we paid. The trip viewed the sites from across the river and offered to show photos. Not worth the cost. Very disappointing.
