We’re conveniently situated right in the city hub, directly across from Palácio da Bolsa at 34 Rua Mouzinho da SIlveira, making it super accessible for you to drop in and do some Port wine exploration.
Each sampling session lasts approximately 30 minutes, and that’s all the time you’ll need to gain additional insight about Port Wines.
The sampling process commences with us sharing the background story of port wine, and subsequently, the variances among the sundry port wines grown in Portugal.
For this particular session, we’ll be presenting 2 Whites, 1 Tawny, 1 Ruby, and 1 LBV (Late Bottle Vintage) for tasting.

Lovely experience - It was a lovely experience! It lasted for about an hour and the wines we sampled were really good. It was lovely to get the history behind each type of wine. You could tell the host was experienced and he was very friendly. I would definitely do it again.

Best Port tasting experience! - Wonderful Host! We had a fantastic tasting of 5 types of Port & a glass of Mediera too! The Ports were from a small producer & it was an excellent education on Ports as well. Our group was fun & we even had one the the guides (off duty) play guitar & sing to round out the experience. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend! - What an amazing experience. We learnt so much and the port was amazing. Highly recommend Andre, he was very knowledgable and pitched the information at a beginners level for us and helped us tune into the different flavours.

All about port wines. - If you want to learn about and taste the various port wines, definitely book this experience. What was supposed to be a 1 hour tasting, the event lasted over two hours.
The presentation was fun because the presenter made it so. The history, making and tasting were all a part of the event. Time well spent. Take this “tour”. You won’t regret it.

A must-try experience - Money well spent! The add said 50 min, but we were there for close to two hours! Our host, Ruy, was such a delight, engaging in conversation and would happily answer any questions or give us great recommendations! A great experience with even greater knowledge!

Port tasting with a charismatic sommelier - Out recent tasting experience in Porto was exceptional. The sommelier's expertise was impressive, their passion for Port wine was contagious, and their guidance throughout the tasting significantly enhanced our appreciation for this unique fortified wine.
The sommelier expertly explained the details of each Port, from its production process to its distinct flavor profile. Their explanations were informative yet engaging, making the tasting both educational and enjoyable.
