A disorganized walking tour- would not recommend - Our tour guide Francisco was very nice and knowledgeable but the tour itself was very disorganized. It was not a small group but had 17 people in it. It was supposed to be in English, but there were people on it who didn't speak English so Francisco had to keep translating into other languages. It was supposed to have a cable car ride but it was not operational that day so the back up plan was to take the funicular. It too wasn't working so we ended up taking Ubers to the water. All in all, it was very disjointed and disappointing. The weather was beautiful which made up for all the chaos.

Not my favorite walking tour - While I realize the rain threw a wrench in the tour, it was the lack of organization that leads me to rate this only 2 stars. We spent too long in the bookstore and the first food/pastry shop (which I honestly didn’t understand this stop to begin with, was it supposed to be something special?) Our guide would allow for bathrooms breaks at literally every stop, including people just randomly wondering off. And instead of having specific breaks, the guide would just let it happen. And they didn’t enforce timeframes at each stop so the whole tour just really felt like it dragged. There was no microphone or amplification, which made it very tough to hear the guide, especially in the rain. A lot of the guide’s commentary was speculative Harry Potter type information and less historical/informative. It was a bit odd. Our tour went so long that we didn’t make it to the boat tour at the end until 45 minutes after the scheduled time. I understand that the people in a given tour can vary but the lack of guidance/organization led to what felt like confusion and annoyance by a lot of people in our group. It kind of seemed like we all just wanted it to be over. Some of the places we would stop and talk were just so bizarre.
