Pataniscas: a beloved Portuguese dish, are delicious, deep-fried fritters made from a batter of salted codfish, flour, eggs, and aromatic herbs. These golden-brown delights boast a crispy exterior that gives way to a tender and flavorful core.

Port wine is fortified with grape spirits and tastes complex and sweet. In alternative to the drink alone you may also the cocktail try white port mixed with tonic. But you can actually use any style of port, including a Red or Young Tawny Port to make a Port and Tonic.
