The views of the city... - The views of the city from the water are beautiful and you learn a little about each of the bridges as you go. Nice way to spend an hour.

Five day trip to Porto - Attended the living tours office in Porto near the famous railway station and after a short discussion got a special deal for a Tuk Tuk electric car ride ,one hour boat journey and after a one hour walking tour around Porto . Lucas was the tuk tuk driver he was very informative spoke great English and took us around the very hilly town to various points of interest. He was bright and cheerful and made our trip enjoyable. The boat trip was very relaxing and was a short walk from the office to the River and was an hours ride on board they took our photo and for 10 euro we were presented with a booklet about the river with photo attached . If photo not required it was no problem The following day we went on the walking tour around Porto old town which lasted for over an hour with our very knowledgeable tour guide Baltazer who did not rush and had no problems with any of our questions . Finally Erica in the office supplied us with info on many things inc restaurants etc Well worth attending living tours who have several offices around the area but this one near the railway station certainly wort a visit.

A perfect tour - It was on time and a good trip. My whole family liked it. Guide explained well in French, spanish, and English as well. The boat had toilet inside and the tour was perfect to visit the main attractions in an hour.

It was nice to be on the water - This cruise is nice to be on the water but the canned explanations are fairly brief. We were glad we did it but it is an average experience

Don't do this if weather is grey/wet - We had just one day left in Porto and hadn't done the river cruise, we thought the 70 euro price for two adults and two children was expensive, but hadn't been on the river at all. Porto shines best in the sunshine and so on the grey day we had, it was quite dull. Photos were dull and uninteresting, the only thing that stood out was the shocking amount of graffitti on just about every old structure along the river. True, the boat company could not choose the weather, but save this trip for a better weather day.

Not worth it - I did not think it was worth the money. You can view all of the bridges from land and a different Lookout points. You can also walk across some of the bridges and drive across others. I didn’t feel that the crew added any additional elements to justify the time and cost.

Would not recommend - I didn’t feel it was worth the cost. All of the bridges can be seen from land and from various lookout points. Some can be walked across while others can be driven over. The cruise didn’t offer any unique elements to justify the time or expense.

Be careful. - They canceled our excursion 1.5 hours before we were supposed to take it because my viator profile had a pick up needed from a different trip (in another country). Our plans for the afternoon were ruined.
