Best tour company in Porto. - We used touch tours for both Porto day tour and our Douro valley tour. We had Alex as our tour guide both days. He was flexible, easy to communicate with and filled with all great facts about both locations. We had two boys ages 9 and 7 traveling with us. Both tended to get car sick but he was patient and help modify the itinerary where needed on the fly. Great company to work with. Excellent communication. Well worth the money.

Amazing Porto Day Tour by Car - Julio was truly an amazing guide. He showed up on time in a nice Mercedes wagon. He then completed customized the tour to our interests. My daughter even had a broken foot with a scooter so he went out of his way to get us close to everything. His knowledge of history and the sites was extensive and interesting. Also his English was excellent. I would highly recommend this tour.

Awesome shore excursion! - André is an outstanding guide! We enjoyed our private tour of Porto while visiting on a cruise ship. André arrived at the port to pick us up, took us to major attractions, river cruise, and picked a fantastic seafood lunch spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with André and will look forward to booking another tour with him. André made sure we got to visit all of the sites we wanted to see while ensuring we arrived back to the ship on time.

A must! - Hands down, Andres is one of the best tour guides we've ever had...and we've had many! He kept our interest going throughout the full day with Porto's rich culture and history without sounding like a history professor. This tour is a must to appreciate what Porto has to offer!

Andre is the man! - He knows his history. He loves his city. He's a decent normal (in the most complimentary sense!) no BS type of guy. Very easy to spend time with him. Walking through the streets of what is beautiful Porto. He knows the best (whether cheap or expensive) places and cheerful authentic places to eat and is enthusiastic to share. I'd highly recommend Andre and his team to anyone visying Porto. I will. And I'll be back. For sure. Enjoy.

Excellent - So here is a comprehensive, but understandable review of this tour Tour Itself - In just a day, was able to visit the 'must-sees' in Porto - The tour includes the 'port' wine experience (tasting and winery tour) - Harmony of historical monuments, informative places. posh areas, city-side, relaxing views, and famous landmarks. Tour Guide (Andre) -Informative, but at the same time fun and cracks jokes -Has a positive vibe -Not the 'typical' tour guide who just blabbers historical facts. He tries to incorporate the past with the present and fun info. - Unlike other guides, he is flexible and adapts to the needs and demands of the customers. He gives the sufficient time possible in enjoying and trying everything. HE NEVER RUSHES. -Open to suggestions or changes in itinerary when needed - Offers to take pictures as many as possible -Treats you like a friend and not just a customer. - Unlike other guides, he tries to break the barrier between guide and tourist. You feel like you are with a friend. He interacts and eats with the tourists -Overall, he is not the tour guide who will just drop you off and gives the time of pick up in that certain location. He interacts Tour Experience / Company - Having a tour in a mercedes benz automobile in a quality and safe condition is a + - This is one of the few companies that value customer service in TripAdvisor. After booking, they will immediately contact your regarding the availability, meetup point, and problems (if there are any). - Again customer care and service. This is what i love most about this company and tour. After booking, Andre immediately contacted me and gave me assurance of the slot or availability (which is a + considering that I am a solo/student traveler in a different country - who wouldn't want an assurance that they would be picked up or would get what they paid for?) I have tried other tours in other sites or companies. Often times, you are the one who will contact them. The worst part is that sometimes, the contact information given is wrong or they will contact you the day after.
