A Fun and Informative Day in Porto - Great day walking, chatting and sightseeing with Ana Paula. This was my first private walking tour and it felt like spending a day with an old friend. I highly recommend this tour!

Ana-mazing day!😀 - Ana was terrific. Friendly, easy going and extremely insightful as we walked around. Certainly visited interesting places we would have otherwise dismissed. She added so much to a great day and being a small group (4) was a definite plus. Strongly recommended. Thank you again Ana - you were brilliant.

A Day to Remember - Jose customized a wonderful day for us! He is charming, knowledgeable and flexible. We loved wandering around Sintra, listening to the interesting and historic stories about the sites. We had a fabulous lunch in a local place and spent a bit of time at Boca de Roja. A spectacular day that won't be forgotten.

Great historical perspective - Ana Paula was tremendous. Her knowledge of the city and its history flowed easily as we walked the city. We had been in town already a few days and had walked many of the well known streets. She took us places we had not seen nor most likely would not have found. She is fluent in several languages and her warmth and humor come easily. I would definitely recommend the tour and Ana as a guide.

Great way to discover Historical Porto - I believe we were in the afternoon of the day where the morning tour in a previous review happened and that tour was less than expected. Ana was few minutes late and explained the issues she had in the morning. All was good and off we went If you get an opportunity to take this tour, I would without hesitation. We had a great day weather wise and our afternoon tour stretched into the early evening. Ana was a great ambassador for the city and was very knowledgeable about the history. We exceeded the tour time but neither Ana nor us was bothered by it and she was happy to continue. We had dinner plans and had to leave or else I think Ana would have continued. Very informative and some of the old parts were fascinating. Be prepared to walk as it is a good hike and you end up by the water and the return is uphill. Apologies to Ana as we did a tour of Graham's in the morning and the port tasting was enjoyed prior to our arrival.

Waste of time - Meeting point on Viator was suppose to be in front of the statue near city hall. However tour guide never showed up. I contacted Viator, they told me to call. Which I did and text, with no response. Until an hour after meet up time. For her to tell me that the meeting point was somewhere else. Then refused to give me a refund because we both wasted each others time. However I was in the location on time (45 mins early) until half hour after meet up time.

A joke - the guide never show up... I’ve been waiting 15 min and when I call the number the guide said she is far from Porto and I have to wait up to 14:00 because she has another booking 😂😂😂 maybe she did not want to work full day... I hope I’ have my money back... because my time will not come back 😡 advice... never try this 👎🏽
