Working out a last minute Change - I would like to preface my review by saying that I made a mistake by booking my tour on the wrong day for the Genoa cruise stop. I booked it for the following day at La Spezia. I panicked and called the tour company. Fabio was great and was able to make the pick up in Genoa, but had to switch to another driver. We were picked up on time by Silvio with a nice clean and comfortable car for our party of 8. The places where we stopped were beautiful. Our first stop was Santa Margherita Ligure where we enjoyed walking through the shops. Our next stop was a short ride away to the town of Portofino with many shops, beautifully colored buildings and restaurants. We did some shopping and had lunch at a lovely restaurant called Delfino. Silvio picked us up promptly at the agreed time. Our last stop was the church of Santa Lorenzo. It was beautiful, surrounded by beautiful buildings and fountains. Our tour guide was basically a driver. He did not speak much and when asked about certain places, he was vague or did not have the answer. My husband had to give him the address of the church. Silvio was very nice, but I believe he was substituted because of the last minute change. Regardless, I would recommend Autonoleggio Fabio Marco’s excursion company. I believe he switched the driver to accommodate the last minute change.
