Enjoyable walk with information given. - Steve was very informative and engaging, loved his humour also, the walk lasts about 1.5 hours. You get to see most of the sights you would want to with the addition of information you would otherwise not be aware of… Added benefit is Steve donates half his takings to cancer research, what a guy, thank you Steve.

Portsmouth is interesting! - This was a fascinating tour. Our guide (Steve) delivered a varied range of information about local points of interest. He responded well to the group and was very knowledgeable about his subject: Portsmouth. Amazing quality, given that the tour is technically free. Steve asks for voluntary donations and he donates much of the money to charity. We were very happy to contribute.

A really interesting and amusing tour. - Even though we live fairly locally, we learnt a lot about Old Portsmouth. The tour gave us much information about the history and characters of Portsmouth which was mixed with some very amusing anecdotes. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and made the tour both interesting and amusing. We would highly recommend it for any visitors to Portsmouth.

Interesting and fun tour! - Very friendly guide, fun tour, lots of interesting facts. Really engaged my 12 year old daughter. Tour was just the right length and took us to places we may not have found on our own. Time for toilet breaks and to get a refreshment. Option of ending the tour at the beach or going back to the beginning was also useful. Very entertaining and a great way to see old Portsmouth.

Can’t recommend this enough - Can’t recommend this enough. Great way to really see Portsmouth. I’ve been 6 times and never knew half the stuff that I learned or discovered through this tour. The guide was fantastic…..lots of great historic facts, banter, laughs and wasn’t regimented about listening intently to it all so you can take or leave it as long as you are not wandering too far away of course….at times I was so busy being in the moment admiring the views for example….
