- Restaurante Tony´s - A 3 course lunch including São Jorge cheese and the traditional volcanic ‘Cozido’:
(A traditional Portuguese dish composed of various meats (for example: bacon, ribs, chicken, chouriço and morcela; a Portuguese blood sausage) and vegetables (cabbage, potatoes, carrots, taro and sweet potato. All the ingredients are buried in a volcanic vent and slow cooked for 6 hours) it’s yummy!
