Favourite tour I’ve done in all of Italy - My mother and I had so much fun. Such a luxurious experience on a stunning boat with 2 amazing skippers. We saw stunning mountains and caves and visited capri for a few hours. Ate at a restaurant aswell which is famous in capri. Everything is included in this tour you get a bottle of lemon cello and Prosecco we got so drunk and had so much fun. They also give you a snack box which is plenty until you get to capri. Only 2 things not included is the lunch you eat at the restaurant but it doesn’t matter because it was so delicious and the 100 euro port fee which I honestly have no complaint about. So accommodating and soooo fun!!! I have no complaints at all what an amazing day we had.

Wonderful day on the water - We had a wonderful day on the boat. Manuelle was our captain and was very accommodating. He made us reservations at a restaurant in Capri on the water. It was a wonderful day.

Book this one! - Very friendly crew, they were so kind to our son and even let him drive the boat! Our son wasn't feeling well at the end of our trip (sun and long travel days) and the skipper messaged us later in the day to check up on him, really nice people. Boat was very clean and spacious, beautiful scenery and an overall wonderful experience. Book them!

Incredible Day - Worth Every Penny! - This was definitely the highlight of our recent trip to the Amalfi Coast!! Gianluigi designed the perfect day for us, and he was such a wonderful and accommodating host. Our family of four adults were so comfortable on his spacious and immaculate boat. We enjoyed prosecco while exploring the coastline and several grottos. Seeing the Blue Grotto was on my bucket list but it isn't always possible due to the long lines and rough water conditions, at times. Gianluigi made it happen for us and I couldn't be more grateful. The trip to Capri was beautiful and Gianluigi made lunch reservations for us at a restaurant on Capri where they pick you up in a boat and serve you fresh fish that was caught that morning. It was delicious! I was able to communicate to Gianluigi via What's App very easily and he was extremely responsive. He also took and shared with me the most amazing photos - he could be a professional photographer in addition to a phenomenal boat captain! I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who comes to the Amalfi Coast!! Incredible and worth every penny!

Didn't Deliver - A tour guide can make or break an experience. Our guide and skipper Catello barely spoke any English, requiring him to communicate with us via translating sentences on his phone for basic instructions. Consequently we didn’t get the experience of him pointing out places for us along the way or once at the island of Capri. We had to ask him multiple ways to make a stop so we could jump in the water to cool off. The tour specifies we would be offered Prosecco, soda, towels and snorkeling gear - none of which was offered to us. We had to ask for water, so we got exactly 2 bottles, after asking for 2 bottles of water. We felt pressured by the owner of the company (who called us the night prior to confirm plans) to eat at a restaurant they wanted to make a reservation for us, which we conceded to, thinking it would add to our experience on the island. We were told in advance that we’d have to pay 100 euros to dock the boat so we could get off on to Capri and tour the island, however once we got to the island we never did dock, instead waited for a water taxi to pick us up….so we sat in the scorching heat, bobbing on the water, with no instructions on what to expect next. We never did dock, instead he quickly pulled up to the dock, allowed us to jump off and pulled away so as to not have to pay the docking fee. Yet at the end of the tour he asked for the 100 euros. He was late to arrive to pick us up, and kept messaging us while we were on Capri - allowing for only an hour on the island, so he could hurry us back an hour earlier than when the trip was scheduled to end. Overall getting to see Capri, albeit for a very short window - was wonderful and we did make memories, but at the risk of repeating myself - a tour guide can make or break an experience.

They cut corners and fall short of expectations - This expensive experience did not meet our expectations. From the start, the owner of the company was asking us to cancel and re-book with him directly for a €50 savings, which set the tone for a company that is trying to cut corners and save a buck. The boat was not as nice as what’s shown in the photo. Our skipper didn’t speak English so we were handing a phone back and forth to translate while the boat was bobbing along the water. He did offer us a bottle of Prosecco, but it was low quality and overly sweet (to our taste). They advertise snacks and snorkeling — neither were offered. They asked in advance if we’d like them to make a lunch reservation for us in Capri, which sounded nice, but accepting their offer meant we went to a place only accessible by the restaurant’s boat. It was a fine restaurant, but the back and forth on the boat and then another boat to the main marina of Capri meant we lost about 30-40 mins of time to actually explore Capri. We only had 1h30m on the island. Not enough! The skipper said the seas were too rough to visit the famous blue grotto, but when we got to Capri, they were selling boat tours to the blue grotto from the marina. Of course, when I asked, they said it was open. I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 1 because we still enjoyed being on the sea and seeing some of the beautiful sites. We had the boat to ourselves. There was at least a cold Peroni beer in the cooler. The skipper was a friendly enough guy, doing his best, but this organization was schlocky and made us feel kinda ripped off. Viator should remove this guy from their site. He’s ripping you off, too.

Not what we signed up for - All the things mentioned you get to go to you dont actually go to. Our boat picked us up, we went to one small save nowhere near Capri. Then were dropped off at Capri for lunch. Then docked somewhere on the side of Capri and swam around then were sent back. Didnt see any of the grottos , werent offered snorkeling equipment. We didnt have a bad time but for the cost and the advertisement of what we got to do. It was not worth it at all

Taken for a ride - a poor one - The boat was much smaller than what is shown in the picture. Skipper made a reservation at a restaurant implying that it was in Port of capri but it was not, so we wasted multiple hours eating a terrible lunch and waiting for water taxi to capri. We had very little time in Capri and was not able to do or see much at all. It is not worth the money and I feel I was taken advantage of.
