Great experience - I had such a wonderful experience, we had a photo shoot in Positano where our photographer was able to capture such scenic views along the coast. Will definitely use again for our next trip

Incredible experience with amazing photos! Thank you! - My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our Positano photoshoot! The Photographer was experienced, polite and knew all the best spots to take some great photos us and our bump! He was super efficient and managed to get quite a few stops and backdrops in. He was also kind enough to take some beautiful videos on our phone for our instagram and we got our photos back within 72hours!!!…. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much for making our shoot so enjoyable and giving us such special memories :)

Positano Family Photos - Wonderful experience. Was a little hard with communication at first but overall great photographers, knowledgeable about Positano. Easy to navigate and amazing views for our photos.

They were great to work... - They were great to work with and they did a great job paying attention to detail. They captured the iconic spots of Positano. Very accommodating. Made the experience easy and fun. I am thankful to capture the memories.

Horrible Expererience - The only reason this gets a 1 star is because a selection was required. I booked this experience in Viator appx 2 months prior to the intended day, which was my husband and I’s anniversary. Positano is a very dear place to us and we were both excited to have our photos taken. I filled out all of the requested info from The Photo Experience (TPE). Long story short, TPE never actually contacted any of the photographers in Positano. The only reason I found this out was because the morning of the event, I still had received no information on the shoot. I had to reach out to Viator customer service, TPE support and then some assistant for the actual photographer. Apparently, the original photographer got sick and they couldn’t find another one. I received NO INFORMATION on this either. Again, it took contacting 3 different supports to finally get this answer. All to find out that there was nobody available that could do the shoot. TPE made a long list of excuses, including blaming Viator. Viator couldn’t tell me any answers as to why this was an issue as well. Nobody seemed to take any accountability, so I ended up receiving a refund. What is the saddest part of all is that this is people’s lives and important milestones they were looking forward to capturing. DO NOT BOOK!

SCAM- FAKE - I booked a photo shoot for August 13 and no one reached out to me with any information about the photoshoot at all (time, location, photographer, etc.). I had to reach out to them myself and I was told that they don’t have any information for me but would reach out 5-7 days before the photo shoot to provide me with information about the process. I waited and decided to reach out when there were 5 days left before the scheduled photoshoot. I never got any response. I had to book a whole other person. These people are unprofessional. Don’t book here. There are amazing photographers on Instagram with better experience and high quality work.
