Transfer from Positano to Naples airport - They gave us full details on exact location of pick up. Driver arrived on the dot. We changed to a bigger car (which was part of the arrangement) and both rides were comfortable. They drove safely and were courteous and friendly. Excellent!!! - Firstly, I’m sorry but we didn’t get our driver’s name. Our reservation was for a pick up in Positano and drop off at a Naples airport hotel. Our driver was excellent! He was punctual, actually a couple of minutes early, polite, assisted with our luggage and was most apologetic that he had to stop in Sorrento to pick up other passengers. He was friendly and pointed out sights along the way. Most important though is that he was extremely careful and courteous on the road. At no point in the plus hour drive did we feel uncomfortable with his driving, and that is not the easiest stretch to drive. Thank you, will definitely use this company again.

Drive from Positano To Naples Airport - After a bit of confusion with the pick-up location and dragging my luggage in the HOT SUN to another location to get this ride, it turned out fine. I arrived at the airport in plenty of time. I am grateful to the Police Officers in Positano who came to my rescue as interpreters with the Car Service Company to find out where my driver actually was. The picture for the Pick-up location was where I had been standing at least 30 minutes before the pick-up time, also confirmed by one of the officers. Positano is BEAUTIFUL, full of hills and turns. Make sure that you know exactly where the meeting point is. Not everyone is familiar with the addresses. Thanks for getting the driver to turn around the loop again to get me.😊

Terrifying - The trip started out with barely enough room for luggage. Driver was very aggressive and had all 8 of us fearing for our lives. Wanting to pass in a tunnel and following too close. Not pedestrian or cyllist friendly. Most terrifying trip we have ever taken. We told driver that none of us were in that much of a rush that required him to drive in such an unsafe manner!

Horrible, unreliable, and poor customer service - Avoid at all costs! Spend a little more if you need to and go with a different company. We stayed at a private villa in Positano where you need to ring the doorbell or call once you’re at the residence. We received no call and didn’t know where the driver was. After only waiting for 5 minutes (literally, five minutes), the driver and this woman on the phone threatened to leave without us when we were outside trying to get in the vehicle. She was screaming and yelling at me. I can’t say how unreliable this company was and so careless; we would’ve missed our flight but after their little tantrum they let us come in. No one called or said they were here. We weren’t at a hotel so they could’ve been understanding that they should call. Oh, and the driver didnt even help put my luggage in the van. The other customers and I laughed like this driver is a nut case. We also noticed him texting while driving and on the phone the entire time. Him and the woman embarrassed themselves in front of all the customers. Do not book with this company. They will for sure leave you hanging and not let you know!
