• Cobue - Nestled between the southern shores of Lake Garda and the Morainic Hills, this winery has a rich heritage in viticulture, operated by a family that places high value on ecological practices, sustainability, and meticulous attention to detail. Your journey will include a tour of the cellar, where you’ll gain insight into the fermentation and maturation processes. The experience culminates in the tasting room, where you’ll sample four distinct wines: a traditional method sparkling wine, a DOC white wine (Lugana \/ San Martino della Battaglia), a Garda Rosé, and a regional red IGT wine, each accompanied by a selection of local and house-made delicacies.

In this journey, you’ll be guided through the ventures and delights of a newly established company that has served as an agricultural firm for more than a hundred years, nestled between Lake Garda and the Morainic hills. You’ll explore the sustainable techniques of cultivating and collecting grapes, understanding the differences between various production methods. The sampling session will be a deep dive into the unique tastes and aromas of the Lake Garda region and the enclosing morainic hills.
