To be redone - We visited the spa on October 21, two day tickets-a lunch menu of 34€-a menu of 29€-aperitif included in the entrance fee, for a total of 203€. As soon as you enter they give you a bracelet with all the activities booked by you and the times, in addition to the key to the personal locker: inside you will already find a towel, a bathrobe and slippers (flip-flops). The bathrobe, during the day you can change (at the reception next to the changing rooms) once and this is very useful, since going out and entering the baths a bit 'the fabric gets moist. As soon as we put on the costume we entered the interior area: many clean foot washes, areas with a relaxed atmosphere and in the center of the corridor a well with fresh water to cool off, with alongside an employee who offered various snacks very kind and helpful, explained the provenance and creation of the pastes she was offering. Then we tried the outdoor pools: the largest, with hydromassage chairs and sunbeds, waterfalls and a connection to the indoor pools is spectacular. At noon (we had no choice between the times, it was decided by the reception, as the aperitif time) we had lunch: Varied buffet with 4 first courses and cold cuts, cheeses, fresh bread and pizzas/focaccia. It varies with many other options including: the ability to create the salad to your liking with all the ingredients on display, various vegetables and fried herbs such as sage. You can fill your plate to your liking, but Recommendation not to binge to the maximum to stay light enough and enjoy this 360-degree experience. After lunch we tried the saunas of 50 and 80 degrees, and then immediately after the thermotherapy, or enter the cold water bath outside next to the sauna. Thermotherapy can also be done only on the legs in another tank, with foot bath areas next to it (I thank the guy who came to bring us baking soda and explained how to proceed in the correct way to feel the benefits of the activity better). After that we also tried the rest of the zones, in summary: -very large nature space, lots of variety of tubs, friendly and friendly staff, hot tubs and perfect temperature. -skincare area, saunas, thermotherapy and chromotherapy my favorites. -many herbal teas offered by the guys of the QC and two dispensers at the sides of the structure to quench your thirst, free water is in the hole in reception, do not prohibit anyone. -varied aperitif, you only have 40 minutes but the waiters definitely do not kick you out at the stroke of the minute to clear the table. -in the vat of Mont Blanc the embers were extinguished sin. -women's bathrooms always full and the lights did not work -shampoo conditioner and bath foam for every shower present. -the bathrobe has no pockets. -price equivalent to the well-being received from this paradise, which needs to be revisited in small details, but in itself always remain my favorite spa. We will return. P.s. as soon as darkness falls the soft lights in the lawn turn on and you feel right in paradise, highly recommended!

BAD food!!! Location top..at least that - Location Top, but the food is bad to say the least. The location is nice (I admit that the entrance area to the spa could be cleaner) but it is the food that is really missing. The aperitif is nothing short of bad and is an insult to a place like this. A pot with 4 pieces of parmesan, 4 olives, 4 dried salamis and possi, 4 pieces of apple. Ah .. true, there is also the buffet made of bad focaccia, fried sage leaves (?!?!?!), and breadsticks. Drinking is ok, even if there is little choice. For 65€ (evening admission) it is a SHAME to serve such food.

A pleasant but not entirely authentic experience - I spent an evening at the luxury spa of Pré-Saint-Didier on December 24. Overall it was an enjoyable experience, but I must admit I missed that feeling of authenticity I expected from such a renowned place. The signs were not well organized, and we turned a bit before figuring out where to go: a detail that made the beginning a little less relaxing than expected. The environment is beautiful, but in some aspects I felt a certain artificiality, which made me prefer other spa experiences, such as the old baths of Bormio, decidedly more authentic and suggestive. The aperitif was ok, but rather cheap, with nothing special to make it memorable. In summary, it is a pleasant place for a different evening, but it did not fully meet my expectations, especially considering the idea of luxury and uniqueness that I had imagined.

Down, restaurant turned zero - Thermal baths still very nice but the price keeps rising and the restaurant that was nice (according to thermal baths) has become really zero. There's bread and doughnuts and water! Real pity because for more than 60 euros the entrance ....

Lovely landscape, Spa among the ugliest in the QC chain! - What a disappointment! I know the QC Terme chain and I have been to Milan, San Pellegrino and In Val di Fassa and I must say that I have never felt so bad. First negative note is the paid parking that I paid 5 euros and with a cost of 254 euros x 2 people could have given a pass. Continuing, I can say that with such a beautiful view, the spas are organized badly: outside not all the pools have a comfortable water temperature (many are cold) also seen the outside temperature; the bathrobes warmers placed outside do not heat anything, blow very little warm air; the indoor pools are very small; the relaxation rooms have limited places and given the amount of people I could not use them because they were always full, despite being a midweek day (I do not want to imagine on the weekend). The poor and poor quality aperitif not to mention the staff in the room: rude, unprofessional and annoyed. The worst thing seen were the changing rooms and showers, invaded by hair, so much so that I preferred to shower in the Hotel! I am very sorry to have lived this experience in such a beautiful setting and aware of the quality that QC terme has always shown!

Not entirely positive experience - We were there on Sunday, January 12, 2025. Nothing to say about the spa, great. The staff, however, was cold and detached. Also two circumstances unfortunately made the experience negative. The first: on the website it says that the ticket we bought is valid from 17:00 to 22:00. Upon arrival, however, we were told that we would have to leave the spa rooms by 21:15 maximum. I point out that it is not a question of timetable, the spa offer is definitely worth the price paid. But if a product is advertised that must be it. Otherwise write on the website that the time is from 17: 00 to 21:15! The second: I called the spa the day before to make sure that the offer included the aperitif. We were 3 couples and we chose the afternoon to celebrate an event with spa and aperitif. I explained to the operator that if there were problems I would have paid the difference without problems but I wanted the aperitif to be of quality and quantity. Having obtained the guarantee of that I was quiet. At the entrance we are booked for 19:30 now to which we arrive in a beautiful room all windowed. To my surprise I find that several dishes are missing from the buffet. I ask for explanations from the assistant who tells me that the finished trays will not be replaced because “they are closing”. After a while the wine runs out even though we had not yet exhausted what we had available. Here too the waiter was exhaustive. Too bad that on the return to the spa passing through another room there were still a lot of tables with all the trays full. But we could not stop at that point because unfortunately the time available to us was up. What a fool with my friends, too bad! And to say that I also called to be sure. On this side negative experience!!!

Never again an experience like this - I went on Christmas Day to Qc terme. There is no has been dats no explanation from staff , no route , no checks on people , crowded bathrobes found wet , Aperitif With wet bathrobe and timer to consume it , relaxation room with very few seats therefore unusable , cold corridors . Instead of relaxing it was a stress. The water is very hot and people are not warned that if it remains too much faints from drops in pressure and so I saw people faint . Only positive note the breathtaking view. But that's what nature offers.

They get worse and worse - Now the spas have become just a "relaxation room" are gone the various saunas and upstairs is completely useless full of sunbeds, armchairs, deckchairs ....... The evening aperitif included in the ticket is decent enough. Crazy prices for admission instead.

It got so much worse. - I went several times over the years to the structure, at the beginning it was really an Aosta Valley excellence with local products both at the buffet and as body products, never queued to enter and never queued inside the structure because there were not so many people. Then slowly everything changed, unfortunately for the worse: yesterday after a few years that I did not go it seemed to be in a common water park in August. The only difference is that the pools were heated, otherwise everything very similar. Meanwhile, overcrowded: have you ever heard of contingent entrances? Queues at the entrance because everyone had to respect the time of entry , we get in line, we arrive in front of the checkout at ten to six (entrance at six) and we are told that we had to queue again because they still let in those of five and a half. It can fit, but I'm in front of you at this point while you're at it you'll let me in too, won't you? Then at six o’clock it disappears and we have to queue up because there is only one left at the reception. Embarrassing. Inside a slaughterhouse.. towels and bathrobes of the pre-war now lisi, almost pushing to get to the locker, the pool outside that clashed with people. About the pool, chlorine in a theoretically thermal bath??? Of course with all those people you need but you can not hear, and in fact for that I say it was simply a water park with hot water and whirlpools. The structure is clearly dated and would need a nice restoration (see toilet). Queues to enter the attractions (the halls). We arrive at the buffet (poor indications) and a VERY KIND lady slams us two trays (there were three of us) and indicates us to go to the other room, where there was no one to serve but shortly after a lady arrives all breathless that poor thing was clearly full. All frozen stuff, other than local products, the salami was what you find in the machines and the various buns tasted like nothing. In conclusion, let us draw a pitiful veil. For God's sake, hot water and saunas and other things have their reasons but we can't make it enough, we have to review everything.

A slow decline - We have a house nearby and often go to the spa on Friday afternoon when we go to the valley for the we. Always pleasant and relaxing. Over the years, however, there has been a slow decline not in price but in every service. We started with a rich buffet.... Complimentary moisturizers... large and helpful staff. Today only the price has not dropped while the buffet has become a ridiculous snack given the price of access ... little staff .... there is not even the bottle of water outgoing. On the last occasion a few weeks ago we had what they call an aperitif while they tidied and cleaned the break room! We will continue to go there but certainly not with the enthusiasm of the early years.
