Romantic weekend - Unforgettable weekend! We left the kids at home for a weekend because our friends gave us 2 qc spa entrances as a gift, much appreciated! We also had their aperitif and we really liked it, perhaps a little expensive.. Very clean changing rooms and common areas, we will return later when our children are older!

Beautiful - The most beautiful I've been to. Very impressed. The day without a cloud enhanced, if anything, the wonderful view. The pools, the various experiences and the relaxation rooms are beautiful. Everything to explore and we almost didn't have enough time to see everything. Changing rooms and showers with products and even hair straighteners. The only flaw I've found in all the QC spas I've been to is: why don't they give small plates for the aperitif?

In short - Beautiful historical structure but a lot of confusion. Very poor signage, you don't know which route to take, where to start and then the maze is such that you can miss some things. However, the writing is small. Even though you have to book, you end up with too many people. Buffet would be more suitable to consume not in a wet bathing suit and bathrobe, but at the end dressed and dried, if it really has to be there.

Disappointing and not up to par - Very disappointed with the services. We haven't been back since Covid but we won't go back again. The prices are completely crazy for an evening that lasts 3 hours and an aperitif that is really not up to par! The little we are served is tasteless! In other words, far from the flavors of Italy! We are so disappointed, for us it will be the last time! €116 for 3 hours without counting the tunnel for this mediocre service.

The price increases and the services decrease - It's time to downsize....if they hadn't given it to me I wouldn't have gone back. Prices disproportionate to the services that continue to decrease....the events are no longer there, the food costs extra and it's already thanks if there is herbal tea and water.....look around because in Turin there are places like Atria Hammam offering EXCLUSIVE services at very competitive prices and with treatments done by the operators in spaces reserved for those who book and without huge crowds! Another world!

Good structure even if old VERY rude staff - Structure is good, even if a little old. The service leaves a lot to be desired: 1) when booking a week in advance they told us that we could arrange for the massage in the facility, but when we arrived there was no more space available 2) we had to arrive by 9.30pm there was no possibility of having dinner anymore in the structure, you have room service. They did not give any assistance (except a list coldly sent via email of the restaurants on site) or support for booking dinner somewhere 3) the room was dirty, there were pieces of tissue cases and other things around. Changed the room but no apology 4) extremely rude staff, asked for help booking dinner at an on-site restaurant, they told us they don't offer this service. While in the restaurant they told us that they almost have a direct number and they always sent people. Perhaps the staff we encountered were particularly lazy and rude 5) we took 15 minutes to check out, they called us to our room, very rude, there is no way to solicit guests

Very bad - Terrible first time I go... bad bad... some rooms are worth it, the internal tubs are very ugly. You don't understand much inside. Recover on the aperitif buffet, eat and drink as much as you want.

Don't go there - Even though it was a Monday we found the place very crowded with people constantly shouting and none of the staff to enforce the rules. There were 2 herbal tea dispensers available located in two different places, but of the same type of herbal tea. Now, does putting at least more than one variety cost too much? But the biggest problem is: there is no bar. If you want to eat a sandwich, crackers, or have a coffee you have to spend €32 for a lunch with frozen products (for example frozen lasagna) In conclusion, this is not a spa but a place where quantity matters more than quality and customers are treated like sheep to be sheared If you want customer attention and treatment worthy of the amount spent, you won't find it here

UNALLOWABLE TO FLEE! - Frankly, disappointed is too weak a term! I book for 4:30 p.m. a luxury spa evening for 2 people for Valentine's Day, €104 all the same to find yourself in the money industry! We were between 150 and 200 people with practically cold baths, I'm not talking about hammams and saunas! Much too expensive for the service but when we arrived we understood that there was a problem because the person who received us went to see a colleague then another! I'm not talking about the free glass, the bubbles were very good but the beer is terrible, the sausage hard and not very good, the grana in large pieces inedible! We are used to spas, we had planned to do the one in Chamonix but that will not be the case. It is unacceptable !

Huge disappointment! - Huge disappointment! Very rude staff, it almost seems like they are being bothered. Check in is slow, cumbersome, they make you arrive early and then make you wait in the room before the hall. Non-existent bathrobe warmers, with these temperatures it is unacceptable! Cleanliness in general to be reviewed. Another negative aspect is the aperitif: arrogant, you have 45 minutes available but after less than half an hour they clear the table, hurrying you to get you up. Total disappointment because it was also an important gift!
