Excellent Tour & Tour Guide - Jana was amazing! She greeted me very warmly and was excited to show me around Prague Castle as well as tell me more about her wonderful city. She was patient and knowledgable and very down to Earth. The Prague Castle was quite extensive and she was able to walk me through it like a storybook. We started early which was a good decision to beat most of the crowds but it sure was cold! She even walked me to the subway and gave me tips on how to ride it around the city as well as personal recommendations for restaurants and things to do. If/when I ever return, I will be sure to do another tour with this company and hopefully request Jana.

Personable informative tour guide - Tomas gave an excellent presentation that was tailored to our questions and interests. It was as a combination of history, social environment , and current affairs. It was like visiting with a friend. He was very personable.

Amazing Experience - What can I say. I am a procrastinator and never book stuff until the last minute. I decided to go a little more high-end than usual and ended up booking this tour the night before. Our expectations were low as we had typically (for us) waited last minute. Our Prague Castle tour was from 12 to 3 and we ended up being late because the stairs up to the Castle took more out of us than expected. While on the stairs walking to the Castle, our guide texted me to let me know what he was wearing, and where he was. I explained to him we would be a little late, and he assured us that it was not a problem. When we arrived, we met Matej. He practically identified us before we got to him, introduced himself and indicated how pleased he was to be giving us a personal tour. As we continued, he took us everywhere around the castle and elaborated on super interesting and fascinating details. He knew specific dates, time periods and had an answer to each of our questions. He was so pleasant and accommodating. He did not wait to have us ask for him to take photographs. Periodically, he would say this is where I’m taking a picture of you. “It’s a good spot!” We now have awesome pictures of our tour because of him. Although one of the attractions was closed, Matej compensated by taking us to the John Lennon wall, which was amazing. He gave us context and background on how it came to be and why. We had great conversation with him about all aspects of the Czech Republic, its people and what we had seen. We ended with him taking us to beautiful multi level gardens to tour and enjoy and then we said farewell. He was a true professional, and we were very fortunate to have him as our guide. Rarely do we do reviews. However, this one was necessary. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Thx Trip Advisor. Good Call!!!
