Very memorable - Our guide and driver were exceptional. We had a glitch with our earlier tour and Viator immediately got us accommodated on this tour. They were really helpful with us trying to find the pick up location. Our guide was very knowledgable and gave us lots of information even as we were still in the city and pointed out things along the way. I really enjoyed getting to know more about the culture, industry and history of the area.

Beautiful and charming town! - Great tour - a definite must-see as a day trip from Prague. Timona was a great guide. Bus ride was comfortable. The lunch was not included, but the group went all together to a good place where we got our own downstairs room. Absolutely beautiful and charming town. The tower was a bit overpriced, so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend that, but this tour overall was definitely worth doing and a good value for the price.

Good start for a 4-day visit to The Czech Republic! - I had wonderful trip to Cesky Krumlov on Easter. The bus drive took 2 hours, and during the drive Karolina shared a lot of information about the Czech Republic history, we also had quiet time to rest and enjoy the view. The castle and the city below were really worth visiting. As it was my first day in the Czech Republic, it was a good introduction for the following days in Prague with a lot of useful information.

Walking through world heritage - Always a unique experience to walk though a world heritage site. Our tour guide Michaela gave us all the necessary information about the castles, museums and city and the best tips for tasting local cuisine without getting ripped off. Highly recommended excursion!

Great day trip to a beautiful town - It was a great day trip and Karolina was our guide. She is very knowledgeable about the history of the region. You arrive to the town around 12p and then you receive a walking tour of the castle grounds and bits of the town before you can break for lunch around 1:15p. There were a few shops we were brought into that I expect have a reciprocal/payback relationship with the tour operators. Nothing sketchy, but I would have preferred to have more time to explore myself rather than being moved along as a group into certain stores/restaurants. They will make you a lunch reservation at a place down in the city center to eat as a group. It was fine, not bad, but nothing special. It was fast and prices seemed normal. I have nothing to compare it to, but know that you may be asked if you want to eat lunch with the group or go out on your own. If I had known ahead of time, I could have researched other restaurants and chosen a place that I might have liked better. Because of all the extra guided touring and the group lunch, we only ended up with about 2.5 hours in total to tour the town. It was barely enough - I would have liked a bit more time to myself to explore. But all in all, I would recommend!

Lovely town, average experience - Pros: The tour left and arrived back on time. Cost was fair. The town was lovely and a must see. Cons: The tour company joined the English and Spanish tour groups to fit us all in one bus with one guide who covered the tour narrative in English and Spanish (no prior notice). This meant we wasted a fair bit of time waiting for both language versions. Seats on the bus were a wee bit tight, so they split people who were travelling together to fit larger people with smaller people. A bit rude, I thought.

This day trip is recommended! - Delightful little town and castle with a rich history. I enjoyed the tour and the free time after. Transport was a bit strange as the person who picked me up did not explain that we would be meeting our guide and thay he was providing transport only.

Wonderful weather and beautiful site but… - Wonderful weather and beautiful site, but although the tour guide was very knowledgeable, they did not seem to care. Viator should screen their guides a bit more thoroughly.
