Brilliant - Fantastic tour and guide very informative amazing value for money. Only small group which made it better, lunch was included and boat trip on a very modern boat. Pity it wasn't dry but we were dressed for the weather, don't know how anyone could fault it. Thoroughly recommend

The tour was interesting. The guide... -
The tour was interesting. The guide did a great job of keeping it going in 2 languages. The only bad thing was caused by a few of the other participants who were unaware of the physical requirements of the tour. Probably need to make it more clear that there is a lot of walking and some climbing of stairs. We were slowed down by these people. The guide did well in keeping it together.

Nice little tour - Nice little tour around the Prague landmarks. Earphones provided for a tour in over 20 languages. Stops at Prague Castle for 45 mins and then takes you back to the pick up point in the old town - good value.

Great introduction to the city - I did Tour 3 - Grand City Tour of Prague and really enjoyed it. Make sure you have comfortable shoes because there is a fair bit of walking on very uneven streets but most is downhill.

City tour - If you want to get the most out of the tour then take the single language one. Expect walking -almost 5km - not suitable for wheelchairs, small children in strollers, etc. (it is not like walking in the mall!) -it is on the cobblestones and hilly area..for travelers with walking difficulties they offer more comfortable yet informative and pleasant tours😉

Very poor tour with unmotivated guide - We did this 3 1/2 hour tour at the end of March 2019, leaving the Old Town Center. The guide, while knowledgable, had to do the tour in both English and French and that got old, really fast. Additionally, the guide was just rattling off historical data with no interest in what she was doing. We left early. I do not recommend this particular tour. The all-day Cesky tour was much better.

Full city tour - AVOID tour operator - Avoid this tour operator (Martin Tour Prague), guides are rude, requested an english tour but were put on a double language tour, we did not mind, except that the tour guide wanted to cut essential things from the tour, such as the crossing of the Charles Bridge, because she was always in a hurry, when complained, she said she DID NOT TAKE complaints. We did not see anything new we had not seen on previous walk by ourselves. Did include meal and river cruise, which we also complained because she wanted to place us in a boat inside on a gorgeous blue sky day in order to avoid waiting for the next boat, when everybody complained, she managed to get us another boat immediately. Too expensive, not worth it for the way being treated.

Guide good but do not book online- tour operators are rude - We booked Martin tour - 'Grand city tour' online, obtained voucher on email,18 euros was deducted from our bank account and debited to Martin tours. On reaching Parizka 1 kiosk on 21-Oct-2017 at 09:45 am for the tour the lady in kiosks refused to recognize/acknowledge the voucher or the money that was deducted. We were asked to either pay the complete tour fee again or not do the tour at all! The bus driver and helper standing next to the bus was very rude and misbehaved by shouting at us. Since we were keen to see the city and had a short stay in Prague we paid complete money again and completed the tour. The tour guide was very good though. Thanks to the guide there was some redemption. This left a bitter taste to otherwise beautiful city of Prague.People- it is good to be good!
