Don’t hesitate to take this excursion, you will learn a lot about the history of the country and the Second World War. - Although the story is sad and difficult, our guide Martin was fantastic in his explanations. I liked learning more about this legendary place

Amazing guide with lots of information - Our group was 7 people. It was an amazing day. Our guide was telling us so much about the places. A lot of information and facts. It was a really interesting day and well planed. It would not have been the same without our guide and his knowledge.

Great tour - The tour was planned well from the start to end, we particularly liked the fact that the tour collected us from our hotel. We met our guide at the start point. Veronika was a fabulous guide, very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate regarding the history of Terezín. Veronika was happy to answer any questions we had about the events of Terezin. The tour lasted for 5 hours but went so quick. Thank you to all at Best Tour and especially Veronika, for what was an emotional but also an eye opening experience. We would highly recommend Best Tour and would definitely book again.

Guide could have been better - The tour was full of history and was a life changing experience. I was disappointed with the tour guide and the time required. The guide was bilingual- English and German. He did the tour in both languages which made things longer. Luckily my husband also knew German because I needed him to help translate since the guide’s English was so bad. It was incredibly hard to concentrate and decipher what he was saying. Because he was doing the tour in both languages, he took longer and rushed us through several parts of the tour. It was disappointing to be rushed through a museum for 10-15 minutes. I would have rather not seen it at all and missed it entirely.

Terezin trip - If the driver had texted us he was here we wouldn’t have wasted 30 minutes trying to find him. When we did he was angry and drove like he was angry. The guide was very knowledgeable but hard to understand in the van.

Meaningful look at the past - Visiting Terezín and seeing first hand the atrocities and unimaginable living conditions puts a new perspective on what we take for granted in our lives today.

To be avoided - I do not recommend this tour operator! I purchased 5 tickets for a visit with an Italian guide, 59 euros each, but instead we discovered there that the guide was not from Ca best tour but was one of the Terezín guides and spoke Spanish! The tour of the camp therefore lasted 1 hour, then the tour operator guide who spoke English and Spanish took us to the museum, leaving us to visit freely. On the way back the air conditioning on the bus only worked for the driver and they did not take us back to the hotel where he had picked us up in the morning but to the florenc station

A SHAME, SURREALIST. - A shame. The car picked us up half an hour later than scheduled and shortly after picking us up we stopped for the “guide”. As soon as he entered, he began to argue with the driver loudly, hitting him on the back. The driver made us get off and started insulting the guide. When we asked this woman what was happening, she told us that we had been left without a driver and that she didn't know how we could get to Terezín. He made us wait on the street for a bus to come pick us up. After 3 hours of waiting (it was already 11:30 a.m.) she tells us that she has to be back at 2:00 p.m. because she had a dentist. We informed him that we had booked a 5-hour excursion. His attitude is terrible from the beginning. When I asked her to give us a solution, her response was that she was very tired. Finally, no one came for us and she told us that if we paid €80 per person in cash, she would get us a driver and she would act as a guide, confessing that the dentist thing was a lie. I get angry and let him know that he's made me miss my morning in Prague and that this is surreal, a joke, and while I'm telling him he turns around and walks away. He left us and another Belgian couple stranded there, and obviously we didn't see Terezin. A real shame.
