Impressive tour - Very impressive tour. Guide knew a lot to tell. The tour is a bit long: therefore wise to bring something to eat/drink. We were picked up at the hotel and taken to a pickup point to transfer to another bus. Only downside: the way back you were dropped off at the pickup point and you had to get back to the hotel yourself.

Terezin - The guide we had on the bus and the guide we had at Terezin had good narrative and knowledge skills. They communicated how it was there and they got a good insight into the conditions in the concentration camp. I wish we had more time, both at the concentration camp, the cemetery and at the museum. We had almost no time to see and read even in the three places, and the whole trip was marked by bad times. Still a trip to recommend with strong content. We must never forget.

Terezin - Very sobering experience. We had a great guide that took us there and after 30 years of doing this, he was still very emotional.

Very informative tour. Terezin was not an extermination camp - Helen was extremely knowledgeable about Czech history and the treatment of Jews prior to and throughout WW II. i did not understand the background of Terezin and the difference between the large and small fortresses. Very eye opening tour. I would have liked to have had more time at the Ghetto museum.

Sober experience but very informative - A sober experience visiting Terezín. Unfathomable really to think what went on there. Informative day with our guide and I’m glad I went.

Worthwhile, but needs to be better paced - Very interesting trip, harrowing throughout, but somewhat rushed, little time to spend at small fortress museum. Difficult terrain, tunnel and pace of trip for those with mobility impairments. English speaking guide difficult to understand due to accent (Rosa).

Title is misleading - Terezin was not a concentration camp but a prison and ghetto - Two stars because the tour had several components, many disappointing. This represents the average Bus ride guide - *;- one star. While very personable and approachable, her narrative had a lot of flaws and contradicted many of the facts displayed at the museum and or given by the Terezin guide and or what we already knew. Not sure if this is due to language barrier. Terezin guide - *****- 5 stars. Excellent. One of the few guides we had that did not dilute the difficult discussions and facts. He was knowledgeable, responsive and did not sugar coat the horrors of Terezin. Timing - as other reviews mentioned there was not enough time. We did a lot of hurry and wait. We waited 20 -30 minutes at Terezin because our group was combined with others and we needed to wait for them. Museum - we had less than 20 minutes to view due to poor timing of the tour While it is likely ***** 5 star attraction our experience was * or ** one o two star at best.
