Upon your arrival in Karlovy Vary, you will visit a glass exhibition at the Moser factory. Then, as you stroll through the town along the spa colonnades, you will have a chance to sip the water from the mineral springs, taste delicious local wafers and the traditional herbal Becherovka liqueur.

Amazing - Helen was a good guide..she told the story of history & places also had a goox tome management..Karlovy Vary is beautiful city. We have enough time to explore

Day trip - It was a very good experience, so magical, and so many things to see. It was picturesque, spent a whole day there with lots of places to eat and drink.

Worth it but more options - The tour was good. Karlovy Vary is beautiful and a great treat. I would the option to skip the glass tour and to lunch on your own. I felt like we missed many great local lunch options.

Fun day - Helen was an excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable. The food at the restaurant was good as well. The driver drove crazy though. On the way home the driver got into road rage with another car! Also be sure you have your passport with you! There is really no time for shopping, maybe 10 minutes and you pass many shops you’d like to look in. We were tempted to stay and take train back.

Nice trip to Karlsbad - Our tour guide did a great job introducing the history and culture of Kalovy Vary. However we did not get to visit the crystal factory as stated in the Rohr am. No explanation either.

Picture postcard perfect, but skip the lunch at all costs - This trip included lunch, which was terrible and unnecessary as there are plenty of other eateries. The audio system on the bus was faulty so we missed half the commentary. The town Karlovy Vary is a gem and well worth the visit with stunning architecture, a variety of spa waters at different temperatures to try, and of course the famous waffles.

Disappointed with Viator - The town was wonderful but the operator kept delaying us. We did not have lunch till 3:00 pm and she did not even bother to settle us while waiting for a stray family. Same in the return trip. Neither Viator Prague experiences were worth it.

Not impressed - Disappointed in the tour. We just traveled to Karlovy Vary had lunch two hours free time and traveled back
