Great Way to see the Highlights! - We had a great day with Sebastian in the morning and Matthias in the afternoon. They were full of great information presented in a fun way. The boat tour was also informative and fun! Our feet definitely hurt by the end of the day but since we only had two days here it was a great way to hit the highlights!

Informed, professional and personable. Absolutely the way to learn about the city. - Informed, professional, personable - our tour with Ella absolutely made our weekend visit to Prague. We only had 2 days, and there is so much to see, so the 7 hour walking tour/rover boat cruise seemed the way to do it. From the moment we arrived - we were greeted in a friendly manner - Ella introduced herself (as did the other guides who were there) and explained the format, recommending we had water and used the bathroom before heading off. The groups are purposely small - this makes such a difference, as the experience feels personal and bespoke to your needs and interests. As we were just as interested in the more recent history/politics as the centuries old heritage, Ella adapted her conversations accordingly. She is a uni student, clearly knowledgeable and it didnt feel like she was just going through a standard script. The 40 mins on the river provided a rest for the legs, and you also have a break for lunch, with suggestions about where to go (and importantly what to avoid). I was travelling with my 18 year old son and, rather than complain about spending all day walking around - he was buzzing with the experience - I quote 'it was excellent, our guide was amazing'. We are very fortunate to have travelled a lot as a family and like to use guides, as you can ask questions of a human, rather than AI. This one definitely ranks in our top experiences. Like the city - the price of these tours are very reasonable and definitely better value than many other European capitals. At the end of the tour - Ella made sure we knew which tram to take and how we bought tickets. Thanks Ella and PragueWay for making our visit to your beautiful city even better than we expected. And if you are reading this - dont hesitate to book, you wont be disappointed.

Caring tour company, you will not be disappointed - Johana was awesome guide for the afternoon part of Charles Castle. For this we took a tram up the hill, and at the end just walked back with her. Very knowledgeable, clearly loving what she does. Lots of small details, nuances and tips at a great, comfortable pace. Beautiful views at the city, and nifty change of guards. The boat tour was cancelled due to flood warning issued by authorities. The company handled the unexpected masterfully, offering three different options (full refund, partial refund for boat only, and alternative organ concert tickets). I totally understand some things are outside operator's control, but I felt I was well taken care of. We could had to miss the morning part of the tour due to struggling to locate our lost mobile phone (dropped it in the dark in the rain the night before), which we were able to locate using Find my Device Google service. I highly recommend Johana and this company, would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great tour! Excellent guides! - The morning guide Sebastian was great! We did a walking tour and he was full of great information and made sure we were in the shade as much as possible and had bathroom stops. It was really HOT! He was attentive and funny. He gave us his list of recommended restaurants and clubs and where to get cash. He walked us to the boat cruise. We had lunch on our own then met back at the office for the afternoon tour of the Palace with Lucy. The office is very close to a tram stop. She was great also! She was very attentive, kept us in the shade, had bathroom breaks, and was very knowledgeable and personable. This was a great day, we saw a lot and learned a lot and really enjoyed it. We recommend this tour without reservation.

A great day in Prague - Michal started the day strong with a beautiful tour of Prague. It was a great overview of the city and showed us some of the hidden secrets of Prague. The boat ride was a great way to break up the day. After the boat ride Victoria took us up to the castle and it was mind blowing. Victoria clearly knew was she was talking about and felt like she was an old friend.

An enjoyable one day glimpse of Prague old town, Castle, Charles bridge - 7 hours well spent. This on foot guided tour took us through the lanes and alleys of old Prague, the Charles Bridgre and the castle. The boat ride in the river was also great. Our tour guide showed us everything with narrations in an easy to follow speed. The around 12000 steps walking tour felt like doable because of the neatly spaced gaps and rests and interesting descriptions given by our tour guide. I highly recommend this tour if one wants to have a highlights of Old prague in a day.
